I have tried to get in contact with management since May about a deposit that was never received. I have visited in person and nothing has been done. I have called several times over the months and nothing has been done. Every email or voicemail I have left with la mansion has never been returned. It has gotten to the point that I have to call the office 10 times just to get an answer. The last time I called I spoke to Elvia, the manager, and she immediately put me on hold. I was on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up and called again. Her assistant then answered and said Elvia had left the office about 10 minutes ago. Every time I am in contact with Elvia or an assistant at La Mansion they say they will call me back. It has never happened. Not once. Every time I ask for Elvia's boss' information they refuse to give it to me. Over the course of 7 months, the only explanations I have received on why I have not received the deposit is, "Oh, I guess it got lost," and "I didn't know you hadn't gotten it yet."
I moved here from Katy TX (near Houston) and am glad I found this place. Very close to shopping and dinning. The office staff is very helpful. Looking at the reviews from people who lIves here over a year ago I'm glad I moved in with this new management company.

The building and apartments were nice, but management was always a hassle to deal with. There were multiple instances of them trying to pull one over on us. Glad to have moved out.

I moved to Brownsville in 2009 for a job. I didn't know the area, but I had few friends from school who were living in Brownsville. They lived in these apartments and recommended them to me. I lived here for one year and moved out when I was more familiar with the area, and got a less expensive apartment. I loved my apartment at La Mansion and the people at the leasing office were very nice. I liked to hang out at the pool with my friends and working out at the gym. The area is quiet. Good location too. I no longer live in Brownsville, but this was the best apartment I've ever lived in.

Located in the heart of Paseo de la Resaca , La Mansion de Paseo located at 2700 FM 802 has hiking and biking trails , new gym, business office and cabana for parties. They have parties monthly for the tenants. My apartment is cozy and really decorated beautifully. Its close to shopping centers and Walmart . The complex has a beautiful pool beautifully decorated and we surely enjoy it all the time. This is the best place to live here in Brownsville Texas .
My husband and I moved to La MANSION DE PASEO five months ago after we sold our home to downsize for the future. We just love it here. Is located in the heart of Paseo de la Resaca a master planned community in Brownsville Texas at 2700 FM 802. We have hiking and biking trails next to us and its close to Walmart and HEB. We have a new gym with new equipment, a business center, a great pool with cabana. If anything ever breaks down they are at your apartment within minutes. We highly recommend the apartment complex and all the people are business professionals. We are extremely happy there and the staff are wonderful! They have events for their tenants so we can get to know everyone .
