Don’t move here!
Bad management, bad maintenance, no concern for the safety of its seniors. Emergency alarms don’t work, wont fix things that break. Overall just terrible. Too much stress and too many lies.

Property Management is HORRIBLE!
No one is EVER in the office and will not return calls EVER! This place is taking advantage of the elderly and have listed false information on this site. There is not a property manager on site nor is there probably maintenance on site. This place is roach infested as well. I have called and had to leave message with complaints and no one has ever called back. POOR POOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!!!!!

We're so sorry that your experience has been disappointing. Our office management staff will be on-site Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm with the exception of 12pm-1pm for lunch. We understand that it can be frustrating to walk or visit the office during lunch hours or when the manager may be inspecting a unit or walking the property. Please give us a call, so we can address any other concerns that may need the attention of our maintenance staff. We want to get this taken care of as soon as possible. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We hope that the remainder of your stay is more enjoyable. I am very interest in moving there but can't get a response from anyone. The office seems to be c losed all the time. I have left messages for several days with no response. Wish someone would call me back.

Awesome place !
What a beautiful, peaceful and quiet place! I love it here! The manager Tammy was extremely helpful in my preparation to get moved in. The maintenance lady Oudia is amazing! Pet friendly with nice area to walk my dog. So glad I chose here.

La Bella vie living
I've lived here for little over a year. I love it! No place is perfect. Our manager Tammy is the best! Can't beat the price. I feel very safe. My oven went out and they had it fixed in no time. Had to wait on a part. But that was understandable. Life is what you make it. Thankful for a nice place to live that I can afford.

Don't move there!
Don't move there they don't fix anything on the property at all security lights have been out for over a year took three days to get an air conditioner and then the workers were not clean up the mess severe flooding problems that have not been addressed either two apartments in the back
