St. John’s is a walker and bikers paradise with scores of 91 and 94! Within minutes on both sides of the building, you will find your local Fred Meyer and Safeway to meet all your grocery needs. Do you happen to partake in the McMenamins Passport challenge? The St. John’s Theater and Pub is only an 8-minute walk or 1-minute drive! Not a morning person unless you’ve had your coffee like me? Take an 8-minute stroll through the quaint surrounding neighborhoods to Cathedral Coffee and enjoy a nice hot cup of coffee or tea and scone or muffin. Attending school or are a faculty member? University of Portland is a quick 4-minute drive or 7-minute bike ride or head East to find the Portland Community College Cascade campus. If you need a study break or enjoy completing school work outside, Columbia Park and Annex is a great spot to bring a blanket and snack to relax or study away! Lease Terms: * Lease: 6-18 months (short term leases are offered at a premium rent rate) * Security Deposit: One months rent (on approved credit and screening) * Utilities: Flat rate monthly fee for water, sewage, and garbage * Application Fee: $50 per adult applicant 18+ years * Pet Policy: $25/month per pet- dog breed restrictions apply and we accommodate dogs up to 50 pounds. It is the responsibility of the interested persons to confirm the layout, square footage, amenities, etc. Screening will consist of a background and credit check. Financial documents, criminal history, rental history, and income amount will all be considered when evaluating an application.
