Property Ratings at KRC Hilltops
This complex has no internet access. The owners outta be ashamed of themselves doing this to its tenants. We pay full price rent! You spike up our rent each year and now you have the gull to take away our internet? When u ask the workers for an explanation, all they are at liberty to disclose is that there is a "BLOCK" on any ISP from coming in...we have been without internet for an entire 2 months now...run for your life if u are shopping for apartments..if u are another tenant furious about whats happening, please report them to the local news to give them exposure

where do i begin? well i walked in amd was ignored atleast 10 minutes..the phone was answered, i was looked over and finally after clearing my throat to get his attention he says "yes".... i got up and asked why wouldn't he acknowledge a potential prospect and he gets sarcastic..his name is carlos and you couldn't pay me to live in this place....i cried leaving there feeling awful
Let's start off with the garbage area, its always over flooded with garbage. The laundry facility is disgusting. The ceiling is caving in. It needs to be completely remodeled. Before I moved into my apartment I bombed it just in case there were unseen critters. Guess What? They still come out. I keep a clean place. I don't even put food in the cabinets. Th e toilet is always getting stopped up. I'm convinced the drains ave not been flushed out. With this new management company I feel they are 10 steps behind the previous management company. Atleast if there was something wrong they fixed it the same day even if it was after hours. This new management company sucks!!!They took away the online website to put maintenance request in and pay rent. I've also been having issues with the AC which I've left several messages no one has returned my call or even come out to fix it. I will not be renewing my lease.
New management just took over the property a few weeks ago and ever since, things have gone downhill.. they are not considerate about the residents' needs. When you bring something to their attention, they pretty much ignore and tell you that the problem will be fixed and it never ends up getting done. The trash around the property is disgusting and the grass is growing extremely high! The prices that they are trying to charge for rent is a complete rip off! I would not recommend these apartments to anyone!
