Property Ratings at Kona Kai
I had a great experience living at Kona Kai. The apartment was quiet and cozy, just what I needed for a peaceful home environment. I especially loved the wonderful pueblo view—it made every day feel a bit more special. The site manager, Laura, was always professional, friendly, and helpful. She truly made the community feel welcoming. Maintenance was also excellent—every issue I had was fixed quickly and efficiently, which really made a difference. Highly recommend Kona Kai for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live!
My kids are really excited for the brand new playground they are building and they love the rainbow lights in the swimming pool. Management keeps the complex very clean. I'd recommend to family and friends!
I would not recommend this place. The owners & management are very money hungry.. will charge you for everything & you will be without water a lot of times. They don’t care. The washer & driers never work! Place says smoke free yet it smells like smoke. They’ll charge you for every mishap. Both of the female managers are awful , & the owners are too rich to care about the tenants, the most disgustingly greedy. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
They are always shutting off the water with no warning. When asked if they could give a notice i was told they didnt have time and i have a newborn and I have to make bottles.. They have an infestation of bugs and you cant get rid of them. The new management doesn’t care for people and are extremely unprofessional and rude. Pool is always filthy and closed. The building is supposed to be a non-smoker building but it’s filled with smoke at all times of day
if you live here you will never have water. They shut if off more than once a month for hours. They do not call/text or send a letter letting you know there will be no water. When you call they never know when it will be back on (always hours) And there is a huge infestation of bugs Kona kai unfortunately got new management and they are miserable. The new management doesn’t care for people and are extremely unprofessional and rude.
Very clean, I loved the atmosphere setting. Nor that I'm older 50+ I want a place that makes me feel safe and this is the only complex that gave me the feeling of being secure. I'm on waiting list and praying they get me in but 28/29th of October,
At first glance of this property, I noticed that it is very clean. I see that they take care of their property. I am very impressed. I am definitely wanting to rent one of these apartments.
