Evanston is a small city located on the west edge of Wyoming. The area feels suburban and has sunny weather the majority of the year since the elevation is over 6,000 feet above sea level. Property Ratings at Kodiak Apartments
The pictures don't align with what you actually get. The layout and set-up are good references of the actual place. New fridge, couch, TV, kitchenette, cookware and utensils, but there isn't an actual TV stand, the rest of the furnitures like dinning table and chairs, bed board, night stand, bathtub are the remnants of the old hotel. Don't have too high of an expectation. However, it is pleasant to stay at, still a good place in this small town.
