I’ve only been here for less than a month, I am not sure if I would renew my lease due to the amount of trash that is around my building and inside. I love the layout of the apartment but cleanliness is importance to avoid any pests or wildlife.

Complex is vibrant community. The floor plan is good. Love the open living kitchen and having gas stove and a kitchen island as well as a hood. Love the big drawers to store the cutlery. The showers are also contemporary style. While the color combination may not appeal to everyone, it's an interesting pop and not all bland white. The patio is also very spacious.
