?????????? I cannot say enough amazing things about The Knox — this has truly been the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. From the moment you walk in, the front office staff makes you feel so welcomed. Lex at the front is absolutely courteous, kind, and amazing, and Jillian is incredibly attentive and professional. Everyone at the front desk is truly fantastic and goes above and beyond every time. I genuinely feel safe living here, which means everything. The facilities are clean, well cared for, and beautiful, making it such a comfortable place to call home. A huge shout-out to Jake in maintenance — he is amazing! Always prompt, professional, and so respectful. Any maintenance request is handled quickly and with care. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, with outstanding staff and a strong sense of community, The Knox is it. I’m so grateful to live here!

I’ve been living at Knox at Metrocenter for almost two years, and overall, I’m happy with my experience. The office staff is always friendly, responsive, and willing to help. Any maintenance requests or issues are usually resolved very quickly, which I really appreciate. However, there are some things that have gotten worse lately. It feels like the resident screening isn’t as careful as it used to be — I often notice the smell of marijuana around the courtyard and sometimes see drunk residents behaving inappropriately near the pool. Many people also don’t clean up after their dogs. Parking is another problem — there are lots of cars that don’t seem to belong to our community. The EV chargers haven’t been working for a while, and the gates occasionally have issues too. It would also be great to have more community events or resident activities.

The EV chargers are currently being looked at to get new ones installed in 2026. We try to have at least one event a month for our residents. September we had the Movie Night where we screened Hocus Pocus, and this month, on October 29th we are having a Sip and Strokes event. If you have any ideas for events please let us know. Everyone is so friendly move in was so easy I just love it here I moved from GA and I’m at so much peace living here. The amenities was one of the reasons I applied especially the gym I dropped my other gym membership soon as I saw the gym. The pool area and businesses center and game room all are some of my favorite places it’s why I never need to leave the complex

I am loving it here! The pool is awesome and I was able to cancel my gym membership and enjoy having such convenient access to a gym right at home. Maintenance has also been kind and responsive.

Moving in and getting settled into a new apartment really has never been easier. The ladies at the front office always answered or returned my phone calls, during check-in one of them was willingly late for a meeting so that she could give me a proper tour and introduction to the complex. In my first 48 hours, I had already been warmly greeted by, offered assistance by, or introduced to four of my neighbors. The community is warm and welcoming, the pool is alive and active, the weight room is updated and clean, the hallways smell nice and are clean, and they’re always seems to be something going on that allows you to meet new people! I just moved in, but I’m certain that I’ll have no trouble calling this place home!

It is a really nice complex. The pool is very unique. I have noticed a few things. One, the chairs by the pool have towels on them at 9am but the people dont actually come down to the pool area until a lot later. They should be first come first serve but there is no posted rule and when I tried contacting someone I was ignored. The other thing is that I have seen some dog poop not getting picked up and I wish this were taken more seriously. I have also seen a few people with their dogs off leash in the few days I have been here. One was a rather large dog. I dont care how trained your dog supposedly is, leash laws are in place for a reason and that needs to be strictly enforced for the safety of everyone, both dogs and people.

Love living here so far. Maintenance has been quick when issues arise. Amenities are great! Only wish there was more parking for residents- some park on the curbs and it can be difficult to get out of your spot if they aren’t close enough to the curb. Other than that, everything has been great!

I have truly loved living at Knox! The office staff is the most friendly I've ever met and super helpful. The maintenance team is very respectful and efficient while communicating really well. The amenities are endless and always kept clean. The community also has some of the sweetest residents in the city. The apartments are extremely spacious and have so much storage. Love the amenities and apartment. But, the gate is always opened, door for the mail area has been broken for months, parking lot lights are out and there is absolutely no parking spots ever.

So far living at the Knox has been a very great experience! From my tour to communication up until signing my lease and through move in - everything was easy and flawless! I’ve had some minor issues with my apartment so far and maintenance has been quick to fix! I love the dog park for my dogs, everyone has been so open and accepting of my dogs and the other dog owners are very responsible for watching them when we are all at the dog park together.

Overall, my experience has been great here. Everytime o had a work order, they maintenance team was quick to do a repair or find a solution. The office has been helpful as well. The only issue I had was getting the initial lease set up, they were short staffed so they were a bit slower to answer calls and emails but they were still doing their best during that time and I was understanding.

I wish communication and efficiency between leasing staff and residence was better. It seems like they only do things when you apply pressure in person which is really inconvenient, especially for those who work spring office hours.

The staff at this apartment complex is fantastic, and my move-in process was a breeze thanks to the lovely assistance I received from the front desk. Specifically, Lex was incredibly personable and kind, going above and beyond to help me in every possible way. As a result, I feel safe and secure in this community. I also have a great appreciation for the dog-friendly environment and the well-maintained dog park. The pool is resort like!Furthermore, I am delighted with the spaciousness of the bedrooms. The kitchen, with its adorable design, adds a touch of charm to the apartment, and the bathrooms are exceptionally nice.

The apartments and complex amenities are very nice. Nicest apartment I have ever lived in. There was some difficulty from leasing office on paperwork needed for qualifying, thought their requirements were excessive; but when it was all said and done we are happy to be here.

Guest parking was a hassle at first, but now that I know the process it is straightforward! I love the valet trash pickup! The apartment is top quality and the pool and clubhouse is so nice!
