Knox at Metrocenter Apartments

I am loving it here! The pool is awesome and I was able to cancel my gym membership and enjoy having such convenient access to a gym right at home. Maintenance has also been kind and responsive.

We just love it here! Everyone has been so welcoming. The community is beautiful and I feel so safe. Love it! Can’t wait to go to some of the events :)

Moving in and getting settled into a new apartment really has never been easier. The ladies at the front office always answered or returned my phone calls, during check-in one of them was willingly late for a meeting so that she could give me a proper tour and introduction to the complex. In my first 48 hours, I had already been warmly greeted by, offered assistance by, or introduced to four of my neighbors. The community is warm and welcoming, the pool is alive and active, the weight room is updated and clean, the hallways smell nice and are clean, and they’re always seems to be something going on that allows you to meet new people! I just moved in, but I’m certain that I’ll have no trouble calling this place home!

The community is well kept and the management is great. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Move-in was smooth and organized. The amenities are great, I couldn’t be happier!

It is a really nice complex. The pool is very unique. I have noticed a few things. One, the chairs by the pool have towels on them at 9am but the people dont actually come down to the pool area until a lot later. They should be first come first serve but there is no posted rule and when I tried contacting someone I was ignored. The other thing is that I have seen some dog poop not getting picked up and I wish this were taken more seriously. I have also seen a few people with their dogs off leash in the few days I have been here. One was a rather large dog. I dont care how trained your dog supposedly is, leash laws are in place for a reason and that needs to be strictly enforced for the safety of everyone, both dogs and people.

Move in process was easy and the apartment is wonderful. Any issues I had were resolved quickly and the staff was helpful. I love the carriage home.

Move in was very easy though the leasing desk. Only minor issues experienced but that’s to be expected during a move. The amenities are always clean.

The office team and maintenance crew has been so kind to work with and are very friendly. Very dog friendly community. Lovely pool that is well maintained.

Friendly and welcoming. Everyone is considerate and offer help. They open doors and are polite. They give advice and are friendly when asked questions.

Love living here so far. Maintenance has been quick when issues arise. Amenities are great! Only wish there was more parking for residents- some park on the curbs and it can be difficult to get out of your spot if they aren’t close enough to the curb. Other than that, everything has been great!

Quiet building. Friendly neighbors and definitely pet friendly. The front office staff are quick to respond to questions and the units are well maintained.

I have truly loved living at Knox! The office staff is the most friendly I've ever met and super helpful. The maintenance team is very respectful and efficient while communicating really well. The amenities are endless and always kept clean. The community also has some of the sweetest residents in the city. The apartments are extremely spacious and have so much storage. This area is the perfect spot to be near downtown and still close to almost everything else. I highly recommend living here if you are looking for the best luxury experience Nashville has to offer!

Love the amenities and apartment. But, the gate is always opened, door for the mail area has been broken for months, parking lot lights are out and there is absolutely no parking spots ever.

Enjoying the relaxing environment and the friendly neighbors. I enjoy the apartment layout and the amenities that come along with the apartment. Only downside is that there is no elevator in the building that I am living in.

So far living at the Knox has been a very great experience! From my tour to communication up until signing my lease and through move in - everything was easy and flawless! I’ve had some minor issues with my apartment so far and maintenance has been quick to fix! I love the dog park for my dogs, everyone has been so open and accepting of my dogs and the other dog owners are very responsible for watching them when we are all at the dog park together.

Everyone in the leading office has gone above and beyond to make my moving process as easy as possible! The amenities are great, my apartment is spacious and homey. Everything is updated and clean. I couldn’t be happier. Knox really feels like home!

Parking could be better, especially for us that get off late, but overall it is pretty great! Maintenance is pretty responsive when issues arise, and all the amenities are great!

Moving into the knox has been an easy process. the property is so nice and gives a luxurious feel. from the moment we walked in the office and interacted with the staff we knew it was the place for us.

I enjoy the location and the staff have been nothing but kind and helpful. The sunsets are so beautiful from my apartment on the water. Love it

Overall, my experience has been great here. Everytime o had a work order, they maintenance team was quick to do a repair or find a solution. The office has been helpful as well. The only issue I had was getting the initial lease set up, they were short staffed so they were a bit slower to answer calls and emails but they were still doing their best during that time and I was understanding.

Love the whole community so far! All of the amenities are great. Parking could be a little better, but other than that, everything else is good!

Comfortable and quiet surrounding. Great neighbors. All around good experience. Many amenities including a dog park, workout facilities and a great pool area.

Picturesque community. Excellent amenities. Nice size apartments. Well maintained grounds. Safety and security driven. (Mostly) quiet. Extremely pet friendly. Close to local stores, restaurants, and other choice businesses and vendors. Professional staff.

The staff has been so helpful and easy to talk and work with! I am very excited to be living here because the amenities are endless - along with being very nice and clean!

I wish communication and efficiency between leasing staff and residence was better. It seems like they only do things when you apply pressure in person which is really inconvenient, especially for those who work spring office hours.

Lack of communication is astounding. This office team is so unprofessional and don’t respond to emails. Don’t inform their residents for anything important.

The staff at this apartment complex is fantastic, and my move-in process was a breeze thanks to the lovely assistance I received from the front desk. Specifically, Lex was incredibly personable and kind, going above and beyond to help me in every possible way. As a result, I feel safe and secure in this community. I also have a great appreciation for the dog-friendly environment and the well-maintained dog park. The pool is resort like!Furthermore, I am delighted with the spaciousness of the bedrooms. The kitchen, with its adorable design, adds a touch of charm to the apartment, and the bathrooms are exceptionally nice.

We greatly appreciate the staff and the amenities provided at this location. We feel safe and secure here. The dog park is absolutely fantastic, and the pool gives off a resort-like vibe. Additionally, the game room is excellent and adds to the overall experience.

I have been experiencing noise issues with the neighbor for months. Despite the numerous notifications to the leasing office, the issue has gone unresolved.

The apartments and complex amenities are very nice. Nicest apartment I have ever lived in. There was some difficulty from leasing office on paperwork needed for qualifying, thought their requirements were excessive; but when it was all said and done we are happy to be here.

Everyone in the leasing office has been so easy to communicate with! And the amenities here are great. The dog park is in a great location and easy to access, and the pool area is awesome.

Guest parking was a hassle at first, but now that I know the process it is straightforward! I love the valet trash pickup! The apartment is top quality and the pool and clubhouse is so nice!

Moving into the Knox was simple and easy. The staff (s/o to Mrs. Tessa!) were super helpful and accommodating. Also, the community and apartments are well kept and beautiful!

Living here has been great. Wish the gym could be slightly updated, sometimes a machine will get stuck. Also wish there were better parking options on the great circle rd side of the building. Other than that everything’s been great and I’m pleased with the change in management! They are very efficient and communicative

I absolutely love the staff at Knox in Metrocenter. Jillian and Tressa are the best. Move-in was a breeze. Unfortunately, residents can only have guests stay over 72 hours / week and have to register their car every 24 hrs. The area is mostly businesses and they don’t have sidewalks to walk around like Germantown.

Great community and amenities. Jillian has been very responsive and accommodating. The complex is beautiful, the daily trash service is a game changer, and the gym is amazing along with the rest of the amenities. I’m extremely happy I choose this community.

The staff and other residents are beyond friendly. While moving in I had multiple neighbors help me and even let me use their garage to help bring things in easily. The maintenance guys were also very helpful with help with the doors and asking if they could help with anything.

Wonderful staff. Jillian was very helpful and Tessa is super sweet! Love the complex and all the amenities. I’m looking forward to meeting neighbors and enjoying any activities for the community.

I just moved in a week ago but all ready really impressed with the apartment complex, amenities and staff! Happy to call this place home over the next year.

Over the past year and a half Knox at Metrocenter has deteriorated. The office staff turn over is now occurring every 3-6 months. The property has multiple break ins and vandalism to doors, vehicles. The property does not have enough parking for visitors or renters for that matter, and the office staff, when finally reached is rude and condescending. I understand they are under a lot of pressure trying to plug holes with bandaids but it isn’t necessary. It took over 20 minutes for a fire truck to come a turn off the water to my building. Thank God it was only flooding and not a fire!

Moving into the apartment was smooth, and the staff was very welcoming. The only issue was the cleanliness of the apartment. The microwave and fridge were dirty, as was the washing machine. But we are so happy with the move that these are minor details.

Just moved in and it’s been wonderful so far the staff was very helpful and efficient with finding me a great place in a short amount of time
