Property Ratings at Knoll Ridge Townhomes & Apartments
As someone who's lived there multiple years, I would not recommend this place. Area is littered with potholes, gunshots most nights, and is generally an unsafe area. They expect you to pay the same rent as somewhere that actually looks nice.
