The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Kingswood Court Apartments and Townhomes
Almost 9 years living here. pros- Great location, swimming pool, laundry. Quiet neighborhood. Cons- communication with the office is rough if you need something fixed and say something it seems like they dont have time to hear about it. Sometimes after putting in maintenance request, they would come out then leave and say things are fixed and yet the same problem exists. I would put in new request, and they would say well we have other apartments before you. 1 month waiting on air conditioner to be fixed and they still have people before me. They remodeled apartments raised rent and after 9 years of never being late on rent I was thinking they would remodel my apartment or maybe switch to another unit, but was told ohh no they only remodel the unit after the current tenant moves. They also said we have had someone living here since the 70's and the apartment is like new. What that has to do with me I have no clue. I personally would think all this time with perfect payments would mean something as far as business goes and maybe they would like that type of tenant another 9 years or more. I have and old outdated kitchen that's been painted over and over I'm guessing since the place has been built. Rotted wood under the sink in the kitchen. Air conditioning vents painted to the wall. They replaced my water tank once and cut through the wall and just left raw plywood where they cut out my dry wall in my room. still that way till this very day. You can't go to the office and ask for a phone number to use the chain of command to get results the office will just tell you no if you ask for a phone number so that you can get results. I had to completely stop going to the office all together and only go only to pay rent or turn in maintenance requests due to that experience making me feel bad for even going down there. If you get lucky and get a new remodeled unit you may have a good experience here that part i didn't experience so i can't vouch for that. My review is only based on the outdated unit. Hope this review was helpful and I hope your experience is better.
I toured this apartment expecting it to look like the photos. Its dump.
Nice until the papers are signed. Horrible attitude anytime you call the office. Been waiting on an ac repair for over a year and a half. I also have a support dog that I've had for a little over a year now and still get harrassed about his papers even though I've shown proof countless times. Even when maintenance does show up you better answer quickly or pray your home. They will just unlock your door and go on in. Carpet is the cheapest of cheap and not to mention all the cabinets sag so bad they have them supported with blocks of wood. Spider and ant infested. I've spent over $100 in big spray in the last 2 years and still have problems. The apartment below me has been empty for months due to my shower leaking and they still won't fix it 100%
I was moving from out of state. Mailed the app fee. They kept the money for themselfs. My credit was never checked and they were rude with me in the last phone conversation. Save yourself the aggravation look somewhere else. Moving is stressful enough.
