Ms. Megan in the office at Kingsley, Fort Mill, SC, is beyond AMAZING! Ms. Megan made sure to accommodate our needs in a very quickly manner. We truly appreciate Ms. Megan more than she’ll ever know. Thank you is not merely enough! ??

This is a very nice and welcoming community. Megan was very helpful from the start and the maintenance team has been super quick. for anything that has been needed. Looking forward to living here

It’s been more than a year, I am having an amazing experience. ?? Extremely peaceful neighbourhood. The team works really hard to make our stay comfortable. Highlight is the events and get together parties.

I have loved living in the Kingsley apartments. I have lived at multiple apartment complexes in the area and none stack up to Kingsley. With all of the various events, public spaces, and surrounding areas, it truly feels like a welcoming close knit community. I’m moving away for work and can only hope my next apartment can come close to what the Kingsley was able to provide! Meg has been particularly helpful!

The Kingsley Apartments are a great place to live. The staff is kind, helpful and proactive. Our positive experience with Meg was a major contributing factor for us to choose to live here. The apartments and grounds are well cared for. Another great feature are the friendly neighbors.

Lived here about 7 years and would not change a thing. Chris & Jimmy always provide fantastic maintenance services and anything you may need help with. Management is always friendly, patient, and kind- Meg, Amy, Alyson and others are the best!

I just moved from Washington state with two little pets, and besides choosing to move, Kingsley has been the best decision I’ve made. Meg waited after hours for me to pick up my keys, and since moving in two months ago, there have been multiple (super fun!!!!) events just for residents to get to know each other, which has helped me meet so many neighbors! It was also an incredibly easy process to add my new fur baby to the lease, and maintenance has taken care of any and all issues within a few hours of submitting a request for help :) Kingsley’s location is central and vibrant, the staff is competent and friendly, and the amenities are fantastic. My Pomeranian loves the dog park. It’s a clean and quiet community, and I 1000% recommend for anyone looking to relocate in and around Charlotte.

I have daily contact with so many Fort Mill residents who are mention that they are unhappy at their current apartment community. I never hear those comments from our Kingsley residents because our management company and staff take great care of us

Living here is like living on a resort property with many options. The pool is not crowded. The people are friendly. The availability of shopping an restaurants allow you to do something different each night.

I've been living in Kingsley for two months now and I love it here. Everyone on the team from the front office staff to maintenance has been friendly and efficient. The landscaping is kept up with and notices are sent out when someone is in violation for parking, etc. to keep our neighborhood safe and appealing for all. What I'm thinking was only going to be a year lease, may turn into a multi-year stay as so far I don't see myself ever wanting to leave Kingsley!

Allison was very helpful during my move to Kingsley. The location is great and super nice neighbors. Lots of places to walk and all the amenities are a bonus!

The staff here is excellent. If you need anything just ask. The lay out of the campus is beautiful. This takes a lot of effort and Amy and her team get it done. Nuff said.

Kingsley apartments have all of the amenities you could need! The grounds are kept nicely, the maintenance staff fixes issues promptly, and the office staff is friendly and helpful.

'No news is good news' is the crux of this follow-up review. I'm in an industry where the better things are going, the less people know who is responsible. The administrative and facility staffs at Kingsley keep things moving along with very little fanfare. We're glad to be here.

The Kingsley Village is beautifully maintained and offers great amenities. The proximity to coffee, restaurants, and shopping is amazing and one of the biggest selling points for me, personally!

It’s quiet in my section of the apartments. It has a woody atmosphere. The landscaping is beautiful. The people are pleasant apartments are kept clean. Maintenance is on top of things if you ever have a question and there anywhere you can see him. They’re glad to answer it.

Solid apartment complex. Area is nice with all the shops and places to eat. Some residents need to learn what consideration means but otherwise a good place to live. Close to the greenway if you like hiking.

This is the perfect community to get a little city feel outside of Charlotte. The apartments are a great size, you can walk to work or walk to any of the stores or restaurants near by. The staff (office and maintenance) are the friendliest I’ve ever experienced in an apartment community.

Love living here in Kingsley. Everything is well taken care of. Jimmy is an amazing Maintenance man. The gym is amazing. Love its smoke free. Pool is so much Fun Bbq Area is wonderful. Office ladies are very sweet.

Kingsley has made me think twice about buying a house for next year. I love living here. My apartment is like a home. My dog has a great dog park. It’s great being able to walk to dinner. The property staff care about residents and run a good complex. I’m enjoying my living experience here.

The office staff and maintenance team have been really wonderful. Lots of parking. The gym onsite is nice. Parking lot is well lit and feels safe. We love living here.

Staff is amazing and all the amenities are very well taken care of. If you care about people walking above you and hearing them, get third floor. But that is truly the only thing that I would consider. Kingsley is the best!!
