I’ve been here for almost 3 years, all I can say what a wonderful experience. Maintenance and office staff are amazing people, no problem has gone unsolved

Living here is like living on a resort property with many options. The pool is not crowded. The people are friendly. The availability of shopping an restaurants allow you to do something different each night.

Kingsley Apartmentshas a phenomenal team that runs it. I can't say enough about the incredible leasing staff and the exceptional maintenance crew. The leasing staff is welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. They are always available to answer questions and go above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and at home. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness are truly what set Kingsley apart. Equally impressive is the maintenance staff. Any time I've had an issue, big or small, they have responded with remarkable speed and efficiency. They are not only prompt but also highly skilled and respectful of my space. It's so reassuring to know that any maintenance request will be handled quickly and correctly on the first visit. The combination of a beautiful, well-kept property and a staff that genuinely cares about its residents makes Kingsley Apartments the best place I've ever lived. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home.

I've been living in Kingsley for two months now and I love it here. Everyone on the team from the front office staff to maintenance has been friendly and efficient. The landscaping is kept up with and notices are sent out when someone is in violation for parking, etc. to keep our neighborhood safe and appealing for all. What I'm thinking was only going to be a year lease, may turn into a multi-year stay as so far I don't see myself ever wanting to leave Kingsley!

Allison was very helpful during my move to Kingsley. The location is great and super nice neighbors. Lots of places to walk and all the amenities are a bonus!

The staff here is excellent. If you need anything just ask. The lay out of the campus is beautiful. This takes a lot of effort and Amy and her team get it done. Nuff said.

Kingsley apartments have all of the amenities you could need! The grounds are kept nicely, the maintenance staff fixes issues promptly, and the office staff is friendly and helpful.

'No news is good news' is the crux of this follow-up review. I'm in an industry where the better things are going, the less people know who is responsible. The administrative and facility staffs at Kingsley keep things moving along with very little fanfare. We're glad to be here.

The Kingsley Village is beautifully maintained and offers great amenities. The proximity to coffee, restaurants, and shopping is amazing and one of the biggest selling points for me, personally!

It’s quiet in my section of the apartments. It has a woody atmosphere. The landscaping is beautiful. The people are pleasant apartments are kept clean. Maintenance is on top of things if you ever have a question and there anywhere you can see him. They’re glad to answer it.

Solid apartment complex. Area is nice with all the shops and places to eat. Some residents need to learn what consideration means but otherwise a good place to live. Close to the greenway if you like hiking.

This is the perfect community to get a little city feel outside of Charlotte. The apartments are a great size, you can walk to work or walk to any of the stores or restaurants near by. The staff (office and maintenance) are the friendliest I’ve ever experienced in an apartment community.

Kingsley has made me think twice about buying a house for next year. I love living here. My apartment is like a home. My dog has a great dog park. It’s great being able to walk to dinner. The property staff care about residents and run a good complex. I’m enjoying my living experience here.

The office staff and maintenance team have been really wonderful. Lots of parking. The gym onsite is nice. Parking lot is well lit and feels safe. We love living here.

Staff is amazing and all the amenities are very well taken care of. If you care about people walking above you and hearing them, get third floor. But that is truly the only thing that I would consider. Kingsley is the best!!

From the very beginning my experience has been amazing here at Kingsley. The maintenance crew came in on move in day to make sure I was settled. Even went out of their way to help me bring up some boxes. Since then, the staff in general have been great to not only me but my two pups as well. Love the communication and how quick to respond the office and/or maintenance crew is.
