Kingsley Apartments

The Kingsley Village is beautifully maintained and offers great amenities. The proximity to coffee, restaurants, and shopping is amazing and one of the biggest selling points for me, personally!

It’s quiet in my section of the apartments. It has a woody atmosphere. The landscaping is beautiful. The people are pleasant apartments are kept clean. Maintenance is on top of things if you ever have a question and there anywhere you can see him. They’re glad to answer it.

Beautiful place to live! Maintenance and the office are always so helpful. This has been my favorite place I have lived at so far. Highly recommend!

Very clean and friendly! The pool area is a great family spot to have fun. The dog park is great and my dog loves it! I feel like it’s a wonderful place for everyone

Solid apartment complex. Area is nice with all the shops and places to eat. Some residents need to learn what consideration means but otherwise a good place to live. Close to the greenway if you like hiking.

Only been here less than a week--but the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable! I love the location and the amenities are outstanding--would highly recommend to anyone :)

Just renewed my lease because I'm not ready to leave the wonderful Kingsley community yet! Krista, Jimmy and Allison do such a great job making sure everything is taken care of!

We have had a great experience living here at Kingsley. The staff is kind, attentive, and helpful. Maintenance requests are responded to promptly and our neighbors are great.

We love everything about Kingsley. It’s well maintained. The staff are all very friendly. It’s walkable, and anything not within walking distance is a short drive away. The amenities on site are very nice.

Staying at Kingsley apartments is great. Staff is very attentive and response. When asking maintenance repairs the response time is very quick.

This is a great community and an amazing place to live. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, and my neighbors are kind, respectful, and friendly. The management team is responsive and takes great care of the property, ensuring everything is clean, well-maintained, and secure. It's a place that truly feels like home.

We are up against our original lease and the staff has been very good about communicating and working with us on our options going forward. We're glad to be at Kingsley for a while longer.

This is the perfect community to get a little city feel outside of Charlotte. The apartments are a great size, you can walk to work or walk to any of the stores or restaurants near by. The staff (office and maintenance) are the friendliest I’ve ever experienced in an apartment community.

Love living here in Kingsley. Everything is well taken care of. Jimmy is an amazing Maintenance man. The gym is amazing. Love its smoke free. Pool is so much Fun Bbq Area is wonderful. Office ladies are very sweet.

Kingsley has made me think twice about buying a house for next year. I love living here. My apartment is like a home. My dog has a great dog park. It’s great being able to walk to dinner. The property staff care about residents and run a good complex. I’m enjoying my living experience here.

Best apartments and location! Such nice staff. Lived here for two years and love it. I would recommend to anyone looking in fort mill- absolutely love here. You won’t regret it.

The office staff and maintenance team have been really wonderful. Lots of parking. The gym onsite is nice. Parking lot is well lit and feels safe. We love living here.

Staff is amazing and all the amenities are very well taken care of. If you care about people walking above you and hearing them, get third floor. But that is truly the only thing that I would consider. Kingsley is the best!!

I love having an apartment at Kingsley. Everyone that works in the office is so nice and helpful. The Maintenace crew is top notch. The location is very convenient to anywhere you need to go in Charlotte.

Only great things to say about Kingsley! Safe area with lots of great food and retail options. The amenities are very nice and well kept. All service requests have been fulfilled promptly, usually within hours. Clear and easy communication with front office as well.

From the very beginning my experience has been amazing here at Kingsley. The maintenance crew came in on move in day to make sure I was settled. Even went out of their way to help me bring up some boxes. Since then, the staff in general have been great to not only me but my two pups as well. Love the communication and how quick to respond the office and/or maintenance crew is.

Ever since I have moved to Kingsley, it has been an amazing experience. From the staff and maintenance crew being helpful, the close proximity to the restaurants/shops, and feeling immediately welcomed as a resident. I love the community overall.

In our building, everyone keeps mostly to themselves, and interactions are always courteous. Kingsley promotes a 'we're all in this together' mentality with reminders about noise, pets, and trash, while also keeping everyone informed concerning maintenance and office hours.

Amy and her crew are the best! They keep Kingsley in top shape and are wonderful with community engagement. They’re always so helpful and friendly.

Staff has been excellent ever since I was looking for an apartment at Kingsley. Would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new place to live.

Love the area and staff is very helpful. This area has a lot of shopping and restaurants. Can't want to experience the summer events. Bands, music, fun.

I could not be happier living here. The location is fantastic with tons of shops and resturants close by. The complex itself is 10+ out of 10. Very clean, very well kept, and the staff working here from the leasing office to maintenance staff is the best I have seen.

Maintenance and office staff at Kingsley Apartments are fantastic. Anytime I need help with anything they are friendly and respond very fast. Can not be any happier.

My experience with my life in my home has been nothing but the greatest. It would be a challenge to have the same pleasant experience any other place that offers me all that I need at this time of my life. The facility is well maintained, well manicured grounds, excellent dining, excellent and well lit walkways and pet friendly.....my kittens Jackson and Avery concur. Very safe neighborhood!!

I really liked the environment and the neighbourhood. I work at LPL Financial and Kingsley was everything I needed. I am new to the state and hope to get acquainted here.

I love it here. Office and maintenance staff great. Love my apartment. I took off a star because I think current renters get a little screwed by renewal rent increases. Last year, the same apartment on market at same time of renewal was $175 /- more in an elevator bldg. Wrote a 3 page letter with comps to mgmt company and got $400 off for the year. so, I guess $33 a month is better than nothing. Thats why I took off a star. Overall, great spot to be. I'd encourage any new resident to do a 15 month lease to limit the steep increases.

Overall the leasing process was very easy and very pleasant. Krista made the entire process painless and answer all of my questions promptly.

I absolutely love living here. The staff are phenomenal and always willing to help. It’s nice to come in and be recognized by the staff. My dog loves the dog park and the apartment is super spacious. Any issues we have had, maintenance comes and immediately helps.
