The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Kings Court Apartments
Only because I can’t give zero stars and still comment. But management is very rude, disrespectful, and are crooks. They harass the elder tenants. Nothing gets fixed and it’s infested with roaches that they won’t do anything about it. My apt flooded multiple times and only after I decided to not renew, did they send someone to clean the carpet to try to keep me but I still left. The cleaners chipped the wall on the corners. The cabinets over the stove was on the verge of falling. The stove was not leveled. They will try to keep your security deposit by making things up or exaggerating small issues like tv bracket holes. so make sure to take pics and videos before leaving if you still decide to rent here. Also document any and every incident no matter how small. The only plus side is the location. It’s a really convenient spot. But not worth the headache. Choose one of the other complexes nearby if you can. Anywhere but king’s court
Nasty Dirty bedbugs roaches don’t fix nothing back stairs way roaches and bedbugs they try to keep security deposit you have to pay for the bedbugs and roaches
Kings Court Apartments is the Nastiest complex in Waukegan ! They got roaches spiders and rats don’t be fooled the complex look better on the outside the pictures on they website are from the 80s literally everything in them apartments are old don’t move here you will regret it and they don’t clean behind the stove or refrigerator just nasty ewww
Currently a resident and trust me you don’t wanna live in this disgusting dump , there are roaches everywhere they’re trying fix the hallways now but still have an rat and roach infestation and nothing is new in these apartments it’s just horrible can’t wait to move !
Currently a resident you don’t wanna live in this disgusting trash , there are roaches everywhere! They don’t fix anything you have to call atleas mt 20 times for them to fix a issue it’s pathetic
I will be living here for almost three months and they haven't fixed anything in my apartment. Management and maintenance are horrible because they don't do anything. They outside of the apartments are always dirty. I wouldn't recommend these apartments. I can't wait for my lease to be up so I can move.
I have lived here for a month and have the worst experience they have rats and roaches they place around is dirty.
If you like to online shop this is not somewhere you would want to move , regardless of cameras people steal your packages and the management does nothing because cameras are not for the residents ! ... Also beware of the roach infestation
I was very stressed about finding housing, the manager walked me through the paperwork worked with housing and made the transition easy. Very thankful to find such polite people
Even though the property itself is old, the manager and maintenance make it feel like home, christmas lights up, door decorating contest and every time I have a problem the manager is very understanding, maintenance always comes on time and goes above and beyond. The property DOES need upgrades but the place is home
When we first moved here almost 8 years ago everything was just great until a few years now everything has been upside down. Maintenance and management is just terrible. Don't recommend people to live here.
Bad management bad maintenance Bad in everything. Worse mistake to have the new manager in office
Great leasing manager and great maintenance staff
I have been living here for 10 years, The staff is friendly and very kind. I love that I don't have to worry about gas, water, or heating bill because that is all included. Unlike other complexes in the area that have the heating, boiler system, and stove run off the electricity as well. The only downside is that the maintenance manager is very lazy he never keeps his appoinments.
The ladies in the office are so nice and helpful, they always go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for us. As for the maintenance team, they are so fast to respond to any issues that arise! Thank you for being so awesome!
Excellent and courteous customer service. Maintenance is very good. Heat is very good. Apartment has EXCELLENT closet space.Laundry room on each floor; ad well as 2 bedroom apartment exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to the ladies in the rental office for making my translation from a house to an apartment very easy. Kings Courts Apartments surroundings are very well kept peaceful and pretty to look at. I am so looking forward to enjoying the patio and pool (if possible) this summer. Located by stores galore, as well as the field house on Grand. I am glad that I choose Kings Court Apartments and I was chosen by Kings Court Apartments.
Love this place great views nice staff nice neighbors couldn't ask for anything more!
I was treated with nothing but kindness and respect i love this place
My grand daughter lives here and I am always impressed with the way things are kept tidy and in order . Staff is always friendly and helpful when she needs assistance. Highly recommend this place.
nice place to live... management are unprofessional liars
My place is very cozy. All ages are welcome from two month's too the sky is the limit....l Love all ages all race's. My bathroom is cream and silver.Livingroom black, silver, aqua.Bedroom celery green ,cream, pastel pink.just beautiful and anyone can always eat at my place always love.Thank you
i like to stay there because it is good for my kids and me
We didn't have a lot of money when we first began looking for our own place. We decided to chose kings court because the move in special was super convenient for our pocket. Turns out our first little love nest is great! Lots of closet space. I love having a laundry room a few steps from our apartment. Our building is quiet and the elevator is a great plus... Specially when bringing in the grocery shopping. The rent is affordable and it was easy for us to budget our expenses since most utilities are included in the price of rent. We are very proud of our decision of moving here.
