I have been here for a month now and I have to say it have been amazing living here. The neighbors are nice. I love seeing all the dogs around, I met this corgi who was super sweet. And overall the experience here so far has been amazing.

Dogs love the big field, though it should be mowed! i am very pleased on how up-front they are about prices. love that mostly everything besides the electrical is included in the overall rent bill. i hope to be here for a while and get more good experiences with myself and the pups!

I have only begun my time at king west but thus far it has been a wonderful experience. The only issue I had was with the companies third party program used for animal screening. For some reason 1 of my 2 dogs paperwork did not transfer in and we had to resubmit it.

Very quiet neighborhood. I feel safe walking my dogs at night. Close proximity to shopping makes it easy to run errands. The baseboard heat in the bathroom makes showering on a cold day much more enjoyable. The Spectrum package is super nice and helpful as a sports fan wanting to catch as many games as possible. My pups love all the grass spaces to sniff and play on. The garage is a huge bonus as well.

Only complaint is that property staff is impossible to reach by phone and the walls are incredibly thin. You can hear every sound your neighbor above/below you makes! The attached garages of the ground floor units are placed inconveniently right below the master bedrooms of the 2nd floor units and it is very loud. Maintenance staff is quick and friendly. Location is pet friendly with hardwood floors and quiet neighborhood.

The walls are a little thin and you can hear everything from other neighbors. Other than the noise its a very nice place to live. Everyone is very nice.

The complex is usually pretty quiet, if there is an issue maintenance comes quickly. I have been here for almost two years now. Management is easy to speak to and work with.

Neighborhood is pretty quiet, though the apartments are not well insulated so hearing upstairs neighbors walking and such is common. Having a garage included into the rent is a huge plus, as I know most places require an additional charge on top of the rent for any garages, and they are spacious enough to store a lot of things and still be able to pull a vehicle in. The staff and maintenance has been pretty good about getting to issues timely.

Apartments are nice and a secluded feeling neighborhood. Terrible sound filtering from your neighbors though. Expect to hear EVERYTHING from those above you and the garages next to you.

Sound from your neighbors garages and upstairs are quite loud and carry in to our own. Being forced to use a more expensive internet than what we can get at a student price has cost us $400 we otherwise wouldn’t have needed to spend in a year. And we have had a hard time getting in contact with the office on numerous occasions. But the neighborhood is nice and the apartments are ok.

Poor communication from the leasing office when I have tried to get in contact with them in the past. Also not the best response from maintenance using the portal, and the emergency line has to be given to you separately which is not the best when you have your first emergency and were let given that number. Walls/ceiling noise comes through very clearly from your neighbors. Neighborhood is nice though.

Wish that sound didn’t travel so clearly through the walls and ceiling. But the property is nice and like a secluded little neighborhood. Extremely difficult to get in touch with the office though if you ever have need, good luck hearing back from them. The maintenance guys are great as well, but also have a hard time getting in touch or a response for anything time sensitive.

I appreciate the landscaping and snow removal services, and general accessibility. Maintenance requests have always been promptly responded to, and servicing crews are friendly. The back door of my unit has a gap which is letting in cold air, but it's only a minor inconvenience.

This is such a pretty neighborhood. The people are friendly. Its close to a wide variety of shopping and food establishments. Of course there are plenty of gas stations.

I Love the snow removal. Good Job! Still very peaceful. Nice people all around. Everyone seemms to be responsible with their pets. I havent had any problem with them, and they're fun to watch.

The apartments themselves are quite nice. Communication hasn’t been the best with the office, but they have been improving in that. Maintenance staff is very friendly and great. Biggest downside is the noise though. You can hear pretty much everything from your neighbors on all sides. Everything.

I work near the shiloh crossing area and being able to drive 3 minutes to work is amazing!! Very affordable and the neighbors are pretty good. There is a new reservoir being built 2 mins away with walking trails and camping. There is already 2 nice walking trails to walk our dog around a couple nice lakes.

My apartment rocks in many ways. It is near bike paths and everything else I need. I can get to work in 20 minutes on my bike, seven minutes in my car. I am surrounded by other apartments that make running heat and air conditioning very inexpensive as my apartment stays cool in summer and warm in winter. I have an unobstructed view of the sunset from the back patio.Best of all I rarely hear my neighbors.
