Great apartment complex with high-end finishes, modern look, and huge windows. Parking garage does have spots for electric vehicle charging, but there are still issues with non-electric cars parking in those spots. Other than that, it is very convenient to have charging in the complex.

Great experience, highly recommend! The leasing and maintenance staff are quick to respond, and I love the amenities!! Pet friendly and a great location off of Speer with a park near by and plenty of restaurants and bars to walk to!

This is my second week as resident and so far I love it. The building is great. I love how I live in a smart building with intelligent access codes. I enjoy the gym very much, use it almost daily. Overall I am very happy with everything.

i wish 4.5 star was an option, but i went with 4 stars because the dog run is constantly dirty and that makes it a bit uncomfortable for me to to take my dogs to relieve themselves. there’s many spots in the turf that has old diarrhea from pets which can make it an obstacle course to follow my pets to a spot to where they feel comfortable. also, the pool table sticks have been broken since atleast november. but other than those small things, pretty great building and management

Nice building when I first moved in but just like any others, as more residents move in, the amenities and public spaces got worse. Things are broken from being misused, noises are increased during quiet hours, inconsiderate tenants leaving trash in places they don't belong, etc. Very sweet staff though! They always try to accommodate me as much as they can!

Had several issues you wouldn't expect for a brand new apartment. Doors won't latch, unfinished lighting, unfinished bathroom, the curtains weren't installed in a consistent manner. Buggy "smart app" that says I have a leak in my kitchen sink (and I can't fix it) and a front door that says "jammed" every single time I lock it (it's not). Great staff and location though.

Great location! The hot tub is a good size(no pool) the patio is hooked up with TVs, lounge seats, grills, bags, pool & shuffleboard. I am in a studio but can’t open my window’s at all; unless you have a unit with a balcony not sure what the window situation is.

I’ve absolutely loved living at Kindred! The amenities are fantastic and truly make a difference in my day-to-day life. The gym is one of the best I’ve ever seen in an apartment complex—it’s small, but equipped with state-of-the-art Technogym technology and has everything I need for a great workout. I use the app when I am outside the gym too to sync my workouts. I also enjoy unwinding in the hot tub, which is larger than most of my friends' complexes' pools, and the grill area is perfect for weekend BBQs with friends. The combination of these amenities really elevates my living experience. I’m so glad I chose to call this place home!

Looks like a lot of fake reviews on this building. Quarterra is a company that only cares about $$$ and this building is no different. Amenities/Elevators are constantly not working, $150 to park and the staff is just rude. Pick a different property, I can't wait to leave!

I just moved in and took several tours with Brandon. I felt really comfortable and the property had a good vibe. It was quiet and chill. I loved the units, I'm so glad I chose Kindred. I love my city view and my unit is awesome. Brandon has been extremely helpful and patient with me throughout the process. Kamila was super nice and responsive too! I've enjoyed the process so far and I'm so happy to call Kindred my new home!

I love living at Kindred! The building is amazing, clean, safe and peaceful. All of my neighbors have been welcoming and the location itself is excellent. There are so many options for food and activities nearby. I enjoy the gym every day and the community space is great as an option for entertaining. My favorite part of living here hands down is the staff. Not only are they professional and courteous, but they are also very friendly and helpful. I enjoy stopping by just to say hello. I can’t say enough good things about my experience here.

Absolutely love it here. The building is so beautiful and clean and the amenities are awesome, particularly the view lounge up top. Love the accessibility of being able to get in and out of the building/my unit w just my phone or a code. Kamila Joni and Brandon are so kind and helpful, I try and go down there to say hi to them every day. The area is awesome as well, just starting to explore it but what I love most is definitely my own view from my apartment facing the entire downtown skyline. Really happy I made the choice to move here
