The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Kimberly Club Apartments
If you want to live in an apartment complex with residents blaring music at all hours from their homes and cars, drug dealing, criminal activity and management that does not monitor the community, maybe Kimberly Club is for you. There were police all over the back area multiple times in the past months due to gun shots being fired inside an apartment and then more police all over at a later date banging down a door loudly announcing they had a search warrant. Residents have an array of different people living in their apartments. There are areas where the strong odor of cannabis growing in apartments is very strong. There has been domestic violence outside a vehicle with two individual hitting each other and a person using drugs inside a compact car just yards from the property management office. They seem to let this type of activity into this community. They will do nothing about it. I thought this was an okay place to live, but it is clear to me now that this is an unsafe and poorly managed community.
Allows Public Marijuana Smoking on Patios, Lawns & Cigarettes Right In Front of Windows, Stairs and Doors. If you think about living in these apartments, know that management allows tenants and guests to openly smoke marijuana in public areas and on their patios allowing cannabis smoke to waft throughout the building, stairwell, and through windows, even where small children are living and playing. Another neighbor is allowed to smoke cigarettes daily right in the stairwell, in front of neighbor's doors causing smoke to waft into doors and windows, and the neighbor leaves cigarette butts on the ground and dirty containers full of cigarette butts right in the common area near the stairwell. A standard for safety and courtesy is to smoke a designated distance away from a building when smoking outside. It's a health and fire hazard. The marijuana smoking outside is not even legal. I feel sorry for the children who have to have this marijuana smoke billowing up to their patios and a neighbor with health issues forced to breathe second-hand cigarette smoke in order to carry her groceries into her apartment, because someone is filling the stairwell and entrances with second-hand smoke. I wonder what the fire dept. and police would say about this situation.

This apartment looks really nice from outside. But it is: Worst apartment I've ever lived so far. Employees are rude and very impatient. It's like I'm wasting their valuable time each time I stay in the office. They will give out the plastic window/door isolation in the winter because of all the crappy windows/doors, BUT they will cut it into small pieces in order to save their budget. You know what? The result is the plastic isolation doesn't match the window or door size. It's totally useless then. What a great strategy to save money ! Thanks Kathy for the great idea ! Be ready to pay your beautiful bill of gas during winter time. Also be careful about the savage kids in the apartment, they fight and wrestle all the time. Their parent are really sweet to their kids, because they will leave kids play out side after midnight and they will just lay in apartment smoking hookah and get high. So don't be surprised when you wake up the other day and find out your car is full of small cut finger prints and scratches. There will be over 10 kids during summer time roaring in the community, they are not only from Kimberly also the apartment next. Also kids from the next community will play in Kimberly's swimming pool and kick balls in it. So if you like swimming pool just be ready to enjoy it with all the kids and their basketball/football/soccerball. I have a lot to mention. but just one more to talk is the design of the apartment. The furnace is inside bedroom (what?) Yes! It is!. So enjoy the furnace soothing sound every night and don't forget to buy your own carbon monoxide detector because they don't provide it if you want Kimberly as your last apartment ever !

Very nice and safe area. My neighbors are friendly and I always feel right at home. Any maintinence request I have are resolved in a timely manner. My apartment is very spacious and clean. There are a lot of kids in the neighborhood but I can't complain. The office staff is really helpful. I'm brand new to the area and they have been awesome!
Everything seemed fine until I actually move in. The neighbors are so rude. They are loud, all day and all through the night. They also leave their front doors open like they live in a house. I have lived in two different buildings at the Kimberly Apartments and both building I had rude neighbors all around me. The kids play basketball in the parking lots so you have to watch for your car to get hit also. I was hoping for better luck when i moved into the 2nd building but i will be moving out in January and i will never return!!
I recently viewed these apartments because I personally want to move here! Great prices, and great location. My boyfriend has lived here in the past and has no complaints... definitely a good choice if you're looking for somewhere affordable but classy to live!
Nice place for new family. Moved need to have more space but nice and need some updates.
