Jason has been the most professional landlord I’ve ever encountered. He is extremely diligent, fast, and accommodating, always ensuring everything is handled promptly and efficiently. The experience has been beyond my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

Jason and his staff have really worked hard. This is what I expect to be more expensive than the majority of apartments around SC, but it is reasonably priced, and you get more than what you paid for in terms of quality and professionalism. Jason is like a genius because he designed it himself and he put his whole heart into this.

I asked about the availability because I know these are going to fill up fast. I love how the developer is selective on not letting everyone rent that does not provide the needed the information (lots of scammers these days) this is the safest I have felt in over 2 years. It’s like living in a place that has all of the models out at Lowes Hardware available for use in your home! Everything is high-class and it works! No fake bells or whistles.

Coming from a really expensive apartment community, this place makes the previous place on Two-Notch road feel like a half-way house in a ghetto area. I love the oversized island, the brand new appliances and the sound construction. Even the paint is silk-like on the walls. The maintenance staff is the most respectful and professional. Jason is the best!

When I was searching for an apartment that was practical and eye- catching, along with convenient access to the highway- this was the place! This is the best apartment that I have lived in for 100’s of dollars less! The developer is amazing and always on-site for questions and answers. I have told all of my friends to rent here! This is one of a kind for Columbia; the best of the best.
