Rushed build in 2020 and everything is now falling apart

Moved-in in 2021. The place was shiny and new. Since then the place has been literally falling apart because the poor workmanship. Stained carpets in the hallways. Each apartment has keypads for security, but no worries, they don’t work and the doors must remain ziptied open or you run the risk of being locked out in the freezing cold. If you enjoy being awoken at 5:00 a.m. by the dumpster being picked up and slammed on the ground or by snow plows driving back and forth by your windows at 3:00 a.m. then this is the place for you. Over our time here the management has repeatedly changed with each management group worse than the last. Avoid the shiny appearance

fast response from manager

i sent request for infomation and the manager karen called an introduced her self within 2 minutes, i was shocked to get a call so fast. they didn't have a place immediate for me so i couldn't rent there but this property is quick to respond and very friendly, most places never called me back

TERRIBLE!!!! STAY AWAY

Staff is extremely inattentive, the apartments are outrageously priced for what you get, and the layouts are awful. The staff is the worst part. Do not rent from here, save your money and find somewhere that will actually make you happy!

Nightmare fees and shoddy construction

This is really the ideal location, and the units are well laid out and beautiful -- which is why the low star reviews from residents should be a huge red flag. I've lived here a little over a year, and have noticed a few things I haven't had to experience in other luxury complexes. First of all, the walls are so thin, I can hear the neighbor next to my bedroom and bathroom talking in casual conversation (as in, I can here every word, particularly when in the bathroom). I'm very fortunate to have a quiet neighbor though -- it would be disastrous if there were kids or a couple living next door The front door was broken for months -- on and off, but you never knew if you'd be able to get in. Very frustrating in the cold, or when you have an arm of groceries. My breaking point came from the fees -- I ended up being charged $1,050 within a single month for allegedly not picking up after my dog. Despite having lived here for a full year with not a single issue. I sent my dog to live with my parents after the first two $350 fees, because I was blown away how this could be happening (he's a 10 year old dog and I've always picked up after him, he's always on a leash, and always with me). And even with him gone, I got hit with another fine a few weeks later. I don't trust that the DNA tests are being handled properly, but it doesn't matter to the company -- in the end, I'm the only one loosing out. I could pay thousands to a lawyer, or thousands to break my lease. In the end, I chose to break my lease and put this behind me. I never could have imagined such a beautiful apartment could turn into a nightmare. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had, and I've lived in 3 other luxury apartment complexes with my dog. I would highly advise against renting here.

We love pets and welcome them at Kettle Point! All dog owners are required to remove their pet's waste from the property. In our efforts to enforce the policy, we use a DNA program for identifying pet waste because we need to be sure which animal it comes from in order to address it with the correct owner. We're sorry that you chose to end your lease for this reason, but hope you can understand that we need to apply the policy equally to all residents. Offering a beautiful and sanitary environment to anyone who calls Kettle Point home is one of our top priorities.

This proprty has the best amenities around. It has the best management in Karen and team. I recommend it to everyone. The management staff is excellent and answers all questions. It feel like I am coming home that is how welcome Karen and staff have made me feel. Best moving experience ever. Jamie
