I had a house fire on January 26 I moved in Kenny boulevard estates I love it the yards are clean and the apartment is awesome Jenna and the maintenance guy are awesome

My family and I moved in a couple years ago in the spring, right before the pool opened for the summer! We have a large family and have plenty of room in our spacious 3 bedroom apartment! Jena and Raleigh do an amazing job responding to our needs here, with questions I have had along the way and maintenance requests completed very quickly! A HUGE thank you to them for making my stay here wonderful!

We have lived at Keny Boulevard for almost 3 years now and have loved this community. Raised our babies here. Apartments are clean and well-maintained. If you ever have a maintenance issue, the maintenance team is amazing at fixing quickly. Jena the property manager cares about the residents’ comfort and safety as well as communicating efficiently with others. We will miss living here!

Location parking and the fact that pest control is included for preventative is a big factor to me

Management was amazing. Son learned a life lesson and they helped in any and everyday they could. Jenna was amazing. Would definitely recommend this place!!!

We’ve only been here a year and it’s been a great experience living here. If I’ve had an issue, Jenna who is the property manager and Riley who is maintenance has quickly and efficiently taken care of the issue. The areas are kept clean and kept up. We’re so glad we chose Keny Blvd.

Jena, Property Manager goes above and beyond. My son, who is Autistic, feels safe and she is always there to help, even on her days off, she will respond to us. She will text me with any concerns or questions and I can do the same with her. Property is well kept and up to date.

Keny Boulevard is a quiet, safe, kid friendly, pet friendly neighborhood. It is well managed by the property manager, Jena, who genuinely cares about the tenants and meeting their needs. She is very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner by the on-site maintenance person, Raleigh, who always does a great job. He also keeps the swimming pool clean and well maintained all summer long. The grounds are kept neat and clean and the dumpster areas are picked up regularly. There is ample parking and I like how spacious the grounds are with plenty of green space for walking my dog. I would recommend Keny Boulevard.

I have lived here since 2015 and it's a great place to live. The property is well maintained and it's a very quiet and safe place to live. Jena the property manager is very good at her job! Keny Boulevard Estates is both pet and kid friendly.

Raleigh & Jena keep the property running pretty smoothly in my opinion! I have lived her for a few years now and they do a great job keeping things in order at Keny Boulevard! I would recommend anyone to move here.

For us, making Keny our home has been wonderful for our family. Planning a move from another state would have been way more stressful without the wonderful property manager, Jena. She did everything she could to make this long-distance move easy for us. Our apartment is so spacious and was spotless when we moved in. Having a washer/dryer in our unit is so convenient - and all of our appliances work fantastic, including both our heating and air conditioning units. One of our favorite things about Keny is how quiet it is! We rarely hear our neighbors, outside or inside! The staff here works hard to ensure that our complex remains beautiful and safe, including an extraordinary maintenance man who can be seen daily working hard to make sure every tenant has what they need in their apartment. We couldn't be happier with our choice to move to Keny Boulevard Estates, and we will be here for the long haul. Thanks Keny and staff for welcoming us to our home that we love!

Keny Boulevard Estates is an excellent place to live. Jena is an awesome property manager. I have had very few issues with the apartment that I live in and they were taken care of immediately. I feel safe at the Estates and I would recommend Keny Boulevard Estates to everyone. I have lived here since December 2019.

The property manager made the whole process very easy from filling out the application to her telling us what we needed to do before we moved in & signed our lease! She is very much a people person which I love! I love our new place exspecially the flooring! Thank you for making this a stress-free move for my family & I.

I love this place! The new manager is amazing!! Anytime I had a problem with anything she assured me that it would be made right and it actually was! I didn't really expect her to go above and beyond but she did!! The management before this was lacking terribly so there is lots of work to be done. The new manger is up for the challenge and is doing a wonderful job! If you want a nice apartment complex to live in come here!

I just moved into my first place!! The manager is the sweetest person ever. She has been so helpful and attentive to my husband and I’s needs! She is amazing at communication and making us feel so welcome here. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else during this chapter of our lives. I’m thankful to have met such an amazing manager/ person while living here!

I love it here. Apartments are so roomy and they have their own FULL SIZE washer and dryer right in the unit. 2 full bathrooms. I love the pool and fitness center but love walking by the pond looking at all the frogs. New manager is so friendly.

I enjoyed living here 7 years; I just left because of a change in employment. I really don't think there is a better apartment in this area. The manager, Donna, is very kind and quick to respond to any concerns. The maintenance supervisor, Raleigh, is also friendly and takes care of any issues quickly. The rent is reasonable for the safety, convenience, and upgrades of the area. The community is a mixture of all ages and seemed peaceful. I especially liked my own washer/dryer, central a/c, and the spacious apartment. There are extra safety/security features that lower the renter's insurance. Enjoy as I did!

We weren’t at this location long, however, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Keny Blvd. Donna is very friendly and personable, and Raleigh, the maintenance man, was exceptional as well. The property is well-maintained and the neighborhood is quiet. We never had a problem here, and felt the staff went out of their way to work with us to provide the best experience possible, from the beginning to the end. Thanks Donna and Raleigh!

I have lived here since October,2019. I have had a great experience so far. The property manager, Donna, is so nice and is very attentive to our needs. She made me feel so welcomed here from day 1. My apartment has new flooring and I love the look of it. The maintenance guy, Raleigh, is very good and residents here just love him! I have not had many issues, but the ones I did have were minor and taken care of immediately! Kent Blvd Estates is a great community and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, safe place to call home??

I've been living at Keny Boulevard Estates for a short time and I am so pleased with our choice to move here. The staff and maintenance are very committed to resolving any issues. Apartments are well-cared-for, clean and have some really nice options available. The pool is large and spacious. Since we moved in in the winter, we haven't been able to take advantage of it yet but are looking forward to it in the spring. I feel it is very reasonably priced with great amenities and conscientious staff that will take care of problems quickly. I highly recommend to anyone looking for quality, friendliness, and peaceful living in London Ohio.

We have lived here for 5 years and have had a great experience. The office manager is friendly and got to know us quickly. We've never had any major maintenance issues, and small things like light bulbs and minor sink leaks are tended to quickly. The pool is great and the community is quiet and laid back. Great place to live!

The bad: Way overpriced for rundown units like these. Suspect fees charged during move out. Playground is pathetic. Pool is arbitrarily open. Parking lot is in rough shape. Car got vandalized a few times. The good: leasing staff friendly, maintenance is responsive.

Playground is false picture equipment is old and broken, no protective mulch around it and trash and weeds all in the playground. Only plush green spaces is where the dogs do their business. Parking lot needs repaved, has several potholes in it (have twisted an ankle). They don't know how to mow the lawn and apartments are poorly maintained inside and out. No security outside of buildings, things have been stolen from breezeway. Appliances are old and half broken down. And they over charge on rent for this place, its not even worth it.
