Best Neighborhood Ever
The Kenton neighborhood is vibrant and upcoming a very walkable neighborhood This particular apartment building is historic yet quirky. Under newer management the units are being updated with all electric unfortunately they're taking away the charm . With newer appliances and granite countertops they have maximize space by using the Swedish IKEA sinks and washbasins which are truly functionable for every day living yet with their small footprint they lack overflow drains and little elbow room and no medicine chest The kitchen area has very little storage and not all units have an exhaust vent for the stove an oven, and the closets you can barely get a hanger to fit the closet rod. The flooring with the broken and creaky boards are. Beautiful to look at yet quite annoying once again for the amount of rent that one pays the pay off is a charming neighborhood with public transportation access local libraries and fantastic restaurants along with a liquor store meat market Barber shops an antique stores and neighborhood activities
