Property Ratings at Kensington
We have lived in our 2 bed/ 2 bath unit for about 3 years now. It has always been very quiet, the neighbors have been friendly, and the amenities are a definite plus! The units are spacious and very functional. The property is generally very well kept, and management has always been kind, understanding, and responds in a reasonable amount of time. We’ve had to place a few maintenance requests, and have always had timely repairs. Overall, my husband and I have had a very pleasant experience the past few years and feel comfortable and safe in welcoming a baby here soon as well.
Nice apartments ,however, the owners don't like to fix or replace appliances. Owners are not available on week ends.
I moved here about six years ago and never really had a problem with management until about three years ago. If you tell them something is wrong they way they will take a note of it and then never do anything. I told them that my shower head was leaking about a half year back and it is still leaking. We had a lightning strike and one of the outlets is black, still have not come to look at it. Parking lot only get plowed with more than two inches of snow. So when there are multiple days of less than that we get a huge layer of ice that we get to drive on, which then they don't even salt or sand. Also I feel it has been months since the last time the apartment building itself has been cleaned. Other than that I like my cozy little apartment. It has pretty much everything I need included in the rent.
