I’ve been here since April 2020 and have had no issues. Maintenance is responsive and a great team of guys. The office staff is also very helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. They have been understanding and accommodating to my work needs when it comes to HIPAA compliance and them getting the inspections done that’s needed. My only wish, which is out of managements hands, is that everyone would be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were their private property. It would also be nice if everyone had some form of “apartment etiquette”… but I won’t dream too hard. ;)

It’s an overall decent community. Something’s could be done to elevate and make it overall better but i’m content with it thus far. I think the dog friendliness is a very appealing part. It’s generally pretty clean and the amenities are nice. I wish the gym was up and running though.

Really great apartment had a small issue with shower being cold and maintenance came to fix it really quick. Kayla is the sweetest leasing agent ever. She answered all my questions and made sure my apartment was perfect before move in. Really great and spacious apartment. Not a lot of guest parking but that’s okay once you live here long enough you figure out what spaces aren’t being use. A lot of great places to eat and go out around the area

I like this area specifically the environment and its location, it’s close to the grocery stores, schools and hospitals. I have lived at the Kensington apartments for almost seven years. During my time as a resident here, I have been very satisfied in living within this community. The property is nicely maintained. The amenities are plentiful, such as multiple laundry rooms, multiple swimming pools, and a work out room. It's a gated community which gives this community a safe and secure environment. The office (management) is helpful, professional and friendly. I would and will recommend Kensington to any friends or anyone looking for a nice community to call home.

wow, I love what they did to the club house/pool area. And upgraded desktops!! very nice. The gym looks clean. I would like to have the TV back though and the vending machine. Laundry machines were upgraded years ago. Although I dont recommend it for heavy laundry. overall, its a decent apartment to live in

I haven had water damage in a few yrs which is great. It’s a great area to live u can walk to stores Starbucks walk without being mugged or fear for your life. It’s pretty quiet. Neighbors are respectful.

A wonderful setting, very quiet, i love my apartment. There is a definite communication problem with management & tenants. Calls not returned & very hard to reach a live person or the person that can help isnt there.. I feel like Im an annoyance. I would never want them to know Im not happy

Despite some issues I have (not many), I enjoy my living experience at Kensington. I have lived here for 6 years, so yes, I like living here. The management/office staff are excellent. Polite, helpful and welcoming. The grounds, laundry room, pool area, etc. are kept clean. I would recommend Kensington as a living community to anyone looking for an apartment.

Kensington Community is truly a fantastic place with an amazing Management team. Words cannot express how much we like this place and with marveling the management team, such as Miss Michelle and other team members. We are pleased to live in this fantastic place; the managements are very helpful, and we always find Miss. Michelle is a super helpful manager who truly cares about the tenant here. We have lived in many other places so far. Kensington is the best place in our experience. No other managers in other communities spend their time helping the tenant as much as Michelle does here. We genuinely appreciate Michell's hard work helping us/the tenant here in Kensington Community. many thanks to you.
