I have been a resident here at Kensington for almost eight years. I've stayed because the overall environment, for the most part, is a friendly one. The grounds are kept clean as are the laundry rooms, pool area and exercise room. The office staff is friendly, helpful and responsive. Maintenance is well experience and do a great job with keeping the apartments well taken care of, their response time on any issues is very fast and courteous. If the rent doesn't rise too much I will be renewing my lease, cause when you are on fixed income Price is everything in making that decision.

If you plan on moving into Sacremento, and need an affordable home with a diverse community, and the option of from either a studio or all the way up to 3 bedrooms with accessories, then I highly recommend giving the folks at Kingston a call.

I’ve been here since April 2020 and have had no issues. Maintenance is responsive and a great team of guys. The office staff is also very helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. They have been understanding and accommodating to my work needs when it comes to HIPAA compliance and them getting the inspections done that’s needed. My only wish, which is out of managements hands, is that everyone would be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were their private property. It would also be nice if everyone had some form of “apartment etiquette”… but I won’t dream too hard. ;)

It’s an overall decent community. Something’s could be done to elevate and make it overall better but i’m content with it thus far. I think the dog friendliness is a very appealing part. It’s generally pretty clean and the amenities are nice. I wish the gym was up and running though.

Really great apartment had a small issue with shower being cold and maintenance came to fix it really quick. Kayla is the sweetest leasing agent ever. She answered all my questions and made sure my apartment was perfect before move in. Really great and spacious apartment. Not a lot of guest parking but that’s okay once you live here long enough you figure out what spaces aren’t being use. A lot of great places to eat and go out around the area

I like this area specifically the environment and its location, it’s close to the grocery stores, schools and hospitals. Kensington provides a nice environment in which to live. I would recommend Kensington to anyone looking for an apartment to call home. Friendly and helpful staff and very nice community.

Good community and calm place for living. And the units are very nice with a lot of space in the unit, very good kitchen and living room also the bedroom is nice and with a lot of space.

Living here has been a great experience. The community is nice and quiet. Love that it is a gated community and also has a laundry facility. Makes it so convenient. Also this complex has a gym making it a big help when you want to be productive.

Things have been going pretty good I go at water every morning so things are looking better It's just so nice and quiet back here I love it Besides having my apartment almost cut fire cause of the others I'm doing pretty good

I have lived at the Kensington apartments for almost seven years. During my time as a resident here, I have been very satisfied in living within this community. The property is nicely maintained. The amenities are plentiful, such as multiple laundry rooms, multiple swimming pools, and a work out room. It's a gated community which gives this community a safe and secure environment. The office (management) is helpful, professional and friendly. I would and will recommend Kensington to any friends or anyone looking for a nice community to call home.

The maintenance team tries annd will help and some of the office staff helps and some of them give you hard time. The have a lot of problems here with things breaking and bug problems but over all the maintenance team cares will help you.

Best place to live. The management is so active and friendly. I love the environment and everything here. Big swimming pools , elevators, huge number of empty parking lots. Everyone is amazing and I love it.
