Situated in western Central Ohio about an hour’s drive north of Columbus, Marion is a small town steeped in a rich historical past. Home to President Warren G. Harding for most of his adult life, Marion contains the Harding Home Presidential Site and the Harding Memorial. Property Ratings at Kensington Manor
We have been living here for a year and half. Very quiet neighborhood, the neighbors are super nice, and the management is wonderful. The Maintenence guy Brian responds very quickly to a problem and fixes anything for you in a timely manner. Amy is wonderful and replies to calls and text in a timely manner.
I really like living at Kensington Manor. Very nice and quite neighborhood. Great schools. Friendly and very considerate management.
We moved in at the end of June. Amy the manager is FABULOUS. Any time I have had a question or concern she has promptly returned a phone call or text message. I had to have emergency surgery so whenever she sees me outside, she checks on me and my recovery. That is how well she remembers her clients, and means a lot to us. This is a very quiet complex. We rarely hear our neighbors. Its at the end of the street so we are near the woods with a little pond with ducks. Complex is well maintained. Brian who is our maintenance man, is so nice and courteous.
My experience with this apartment complex is wonderful, I was willing to move to Marion from columbus trying to find a home place nearest my job and I really found it! I'm so grateful for Amy because she helped me a lot making things go smoothly for me during my move. she's really friendly. It's a very quiet area and peaceful place to live in. Loving it so far! I've been here 7 years and I love it, it's very peaceful and quite. The neighbors are friendlly and management/maintenance are great. I'm about to have my first child and it's perfect for us, I wouldn't live anywhere else.I can't say enough about Bryon the maintenance guy and his help, he's gone over and beyond to help me during my pregnancy. Fixing what needs to be fixed and always available when needed. 1613 C
I have lived here for 7 years and I honestly have had chances too own my own home but choose too stay right where I'm at. Kensigton is not just an apartment complex it's home full of family. Our management Amy Is amazing kind understanding wonderful I hope too always have her around. If you need something or there is something wrong she is ontop of it instantly. Plus our maintenance man Bryon when it comes too fixing things he either does it right or won't stop till it's perfect I have never felt so pieceful and happy living in appartments complexes as I do here and I use too live up on lake Erie. Living In Kensington Manor apartments has been wonderful experience the last year!?? The landlord(Amy) and maintenance(Brian) are always quick, accurate and amazing at their jobs. The 2 bedrooms are very spacious and beautiful inside and out. Love being able to plant flowers outside and make it feel more like home???? Quiet apartments ,nice location at end of road, not far from town or shopping
This is a nice, quiet community. Well-maintained, friendly staff. It is at the very end of Southland Pkwy with some of the buildings backing up on a pond and woods.
