It’s the worst apartment I’ve ever rented If you request a maintenance, you should expect them coming in a month or more They will always charge you for extra charges on your rent so keep an eye on it because when you follow up with them, they will tell you it’s an accident. It has been more than three times in one year. You will always have a problem with the parking lots They will never ever return a call for your voicemail messages

Poor response to maintenance requests. Things often need many requests. It’s a good location, convenient, but management generally ignores requests.

Reviewing this property after 3 months of stay. - Everyone in the office is supportive, professional and available to listen to issues & queries - Periodic maintenance of the garden, concreting is done. - Preventive Maintenance is scheduled annually. - Mya, Candice & Deyshanay (Apologies for spelling mistakes) in the office are the most organized I have seen in my house hunt so far. - This is my first time living in an apartment & they have exceeded my expectations. - Happy to see U-Hauls coming every day, wishing them luck. - Nikunj Makwana

Very nice and quiet community. Grounds are kept up nice. The pool and pool area are very nice.

It is not good apartment. At a very similar cost, there are alternatives... Very bad maintenance - you will have to wait for literally months. After visiting several times and arguing in the office then maybe you can complete maintenance.

Have lived here 10 years. Excellent front Office and staff.

If you think maintenance, and convenience is important, you should move literally anywhere else!

No maintenance to the apartments. The windows are completely old. Cold entry between the windows holes.

Nice people live around me and I like my little apartment. Candace is a bonus in the office also.

Everyone here is very nice and try to do their best, but the staff (maintenance) is not sufficient. The complex is okay, however it is an older complex which requires maintenance which isn't available and Beztak doesn't care at all. Last year administration was onsite, I tried to voice my concerns, and the senior representative just walked away. He said the person he was with would handle it. Rude, but a good indication of the general attitude of the administration at Beztak.

Old worn out apartments. Terrible management. Smell like pot smoke all the time.

Overall my experience at Kensington Manor is pleasant. The grounds are well kept. My apartment has beautiful updated cabinets and I feel safe thus far. I have good friendly neighbors. The location of Kensington Manor is accessible to many Major roads and freeways.The leasing office agents are always pleasant and courteous. I would recommend Kensington Manor to someone looking for a authentically pleasing and quiet apartment complex. Just pack your patience when it comes to repairs.

I have been living here for 7 months now. It's a nice place, maintenance takes care of any problems in a very timely manner. The grounds are beautiful, and it's very quiet here, at least in my building. I love the washer and dryer in my unit.. The windows and patio door, along with the toilet, could use an upgrade; but overall it's a nice, clean, complex.

Peaceful living environment, management very responsive and always take care of the issues at the earliest. A wonderful place to live in Farmington particularly for the people with families. Highly recommended

Have nothing but positive feedback for the office and management staff. Very professional and kind. I moved in during the middle of the pandemic and could not physically look at my apartment beforehand, but Jacqueline was true to her word and I have been extremely satisfied. All ladies in the office are wonderful.

I love my apartment, but I have been unable to resolve a safety issue. Do not sign a lease without first viewing the apartment. I was not allowed to see my apartment until I had already signed my lease.

I absolutely love my New apartment. The staff was very accommodating in my search and all are very friendly, the environment is peaceful and my neighbors are inviting. Im not use to apartment living but, I felt at home in my 1st few weeks! Quick shopping is 15 minutes away. Excellent choice and community!

Nice Place to live. Pretty quiet. Most pet owners are good about picking up after their pets. Grounds and buildings are always clean. Well Taken care of.

Kensington Manor Apartments are located near downtown Farmington, it's excellent location and customer service makes them a great choice

The staff is very professional and they are inviting. I love how it's quiet and peaceful living. My only concern that I have is the parking as it's first come first serve, then you have to park further away from your building. They are budget friendly, which is what made me choose to live here, plus its centrally located to friends and family.

I have been living in Kensington Manor Apartment for several years and I thoroughly enjoy living here. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a quiet and safe community.

The community is quite which is good. The community lack amenities, and is a bit out dated in the apartments. A better job was done with the lawn last summer. It would really be great if the windows were newer to keep in the heat.

Kensington Manor Apartments keeps on top of maintenance issues and the staff is professional and friendly.

Reasonably priced, nice community, buildings are rather old, and could use some updating, otherwise, I am quite happy to live here. Only one thing - - - parking can be a problem unless you rent a carport!!

Apartment living in a nice, quiet, well maintained and friendly environment.

The team at Kensington Manor Apt. are very friendly and helpful. They do an excellent job with snow removal and keeping the walk way clear. The apartments are very nice.

The apartments at Kensington Manor are not worth the price. They sucker you in with a special rate, but when the increase happens it's truly unbelievable. The yearly increase ranges are $50.00 to $100.00 a month. My 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom is now leasing at $1,045.00 a month. This amount does not include the additional $40.00 a month heat fee (that's paid year around) or the $35.00 monthly fee for water and trash. Kensington Manor cannot justify this amount for an apartment that's outdated with very little amenities. The unit has a small stackable washer and dryer and a non-grilling patio. My friend just moved into a townhouse in Novi for $1,050.00 a month. She has 3 levels, a private patio, full basement with a full washer and full dryer, 1 1/2 baths, and 3 bedrooms. I have had issues with neighbors smoking weed and cigarettes, dogs that bark all day long, neglected repair issues where I had to contact the corporate office, neighbors breaking into private storage areas, parking issues, bugs, and noise issues. Kensington Manor is too expensive for what they offer. The actual apartment does not look like the model! I hope this post was helpful. To any prospective renters, here are a few other issues that you should be aware of: there have been several vehicle break-in's where the tires were stolen off of the vehicles. The Farmington Police is called out to Kensington Manor Apartments frequently. Just contact them, it's all public information. You can hear noise from other neighbors very clearly. Kensington Manor sprinkler system is very noisy, especially when they are watering the grass at 3:00 am everyday. Also, you will lose water pressure if you are showering, doing dishes, or laundry. The parking is very limited at Kensington Manor Apartments, so good luck with that! If you decide to renew your lease, don't expect them to offer you any incentives. The majority of apartment communities will offer you a free carpet cleaning or something small to "Thank You" for renewing. Now that Kensington Manor Apartments allow animals in every building you can image the smell when you enter the common area on any given day. Expect to leave messages, the voicemail picks up a lot. I didn't complain a lot, because many of my issues were handled at the office level. However, there were several times where I had to call Beztak Company and Oakland Management for assistance. Kensington Manor Apartments has a very high move out rate, maybe you should ask them why?

I sold my home and moved into this nice two bedroom apartment that is very spacious and maintenance free for me! It's all about making that phone call, if you know what I mean. I particularly like the real dinning room and the sliding-glass door that leads out to a very nice size deck. The apartment includes a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The complex is well maintained, quiet and green (grass, trees). So far, issues have been addressed timely, with the exception of the one concerning my washer not spinning the water out of my clothes. Maybe maintenance is on vacation? Don't know, but I have no doubts about getting the issue addressed. Overall, I am very happy with here. Nice pool area with chairs and a lounge-like area in the leasing office area. A good mix of people, including families, elderly, retirees and professionals.
