Kenridge Apartments

The rent office doesn't do anything!! My ceiling leaked for over a month. I have mold in my unit, they refuse to give me a new unit. They don't always pick up your trash. It's always a fight in the apartment no security. It's over priced. The pictures you see is just the showing unit. They are horrible!!! They evicted the noisy neighbors but didn't change the locks so they are back living in the apartment.

My a/C, heat has been non existent. Call the office daily to speak to the manager, she never available. Call maintenance it takes you to an emergency line during normal business hours. My car was stolen and the manager never gave camera footage to my insurance company. Heed the other reviews, you will definitely regret the decision if you move here.

Hello, I been a tenant over here for 8 years, I love the location of my apartment is close to the stores, highway, schools, malls, but most importantly for me is very close to Dekalb Police Department. Every apartments that I have live in Dekalb I have to say Kenridge has this low tolerance for endangering there tenets, might I add all landlord do not pay attention to there tenants but Mr. Ron he listen and do his best to comply. In closing every where I go living in an apartment you have to think about your who you living around, and if you love where you live you will protect where you live.

I have live at Kenridge Apts for over 3 years and the complex has improved tremendously over the past few months. It is under new management and they have an awesome staff as well. This complex is veteran friendly and safe. The Marta bus line is right outside the complex and Indian Creek Train Station is less than a mile away. I will advise anyone looking for a great family environment to come to Kenridge Apts. Thanks Kenridge Staff Sedric

My AC has been out since last summer and no one is doing anything to fix it . I call Them every day only to get excuses . Don’t get stuck at this dumb they do not care about residents

Terrible. These pictures must be from 30 years ago, very run down, poor maintenance attention, security gates are broken and might as well be non existent. Stay away, spend your hard earned money elsewhere. High crime area.

I am just disgusted with this apartment complex period. I moved here July 18th 2016. It was a rush thing but lord knows I wish I could turn back the hands of time. The cabinet wood is rotten. You can actually see under the floor because the wood rotten off. I had mold in my house. The property "manager" came in looked at it and walked out. They told me as a resolution to keep my AC on all day as if they paying my utility bill. I had a leak in my bathroom since the day I moved in, today is October 3rd and it's just being fixed after months of complaining. I had roaches in my apartment from day one as well. Exterminator came and to me it got worst. I bought a bunch of boric acid and other products and treated it myself. The maintenance people do not come right away. You have to be like a pest to get them to do things. I wonder if I paid my rent late if they would understand my anger more? It sucks when you pay your rent on time and have to wait months for maintenance. I have asthma so I should've never been in a house with mold. Like how the heck do you move someone into a apartment with rotten wood cabinets? Shouldn't stuff be brand new? The tub was resurfaced "allegedly" but after almost three months it's peeling and the old people dirt is showing. I use Tilex and a regular washrag to clean my tub. That is nothing that can scrape it but yet it's peeling. These people are freaking disgusting and could careless how you live. Some of the neighbors are ratchet. Baby daddy and baby momma arguing loud at night in the street. People banging on doors late at night. Blasting music crazy hours at night. The worst place I've lived in since I moved to Georgia 6 years ago... Just despicable!!

I am warning you. Don't do it! The entire Apartments are infested, old and run down. This is not a place for you and your family, I will not recommended anyone to move here.

When it was time to move in, the assigned apartment was not ready. I had to leave, return and the apartment was still not ready to move in after days of waiting. After I was told the apartment was ready, we did the walk-thru, the apartment was unacceptable. There were issues still needed to be addressed, however, the manager went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of so I can move-in, but had to wait an additional day. Added benefit my apartment has all new appliances, counter tops and A/C unit. The 1 bedrooms are small but quaint. The gated access is a plus. There is an administrative fee of $100 along with the application fee of $35 which are non-refundable. If you decide to withdraw the application after you made the deposit you forfeit all monies. (Read all documents carefully before you sign). Water is not free, its added to the rent at $35, rent $550. There is no laundry facility in the complex although one appears in the photos (Washer and dryer connections in units). To-date Comcast and AT&T does not service the area for cable and internet. I am using my mobile phone provider Hotspot service to access the internet. Comcast maybe available in November 2015 as stated by the Leasing Office. Dish provides services but at a 2year contract (no thanks). Lots of kids and teenagers around. The complex about 10 minutes away from the Walmart, Kroger and eateries.

On the outside looking in it's a wonderful place to call "home". The management staff is nice but they property needs to change its maintenance team ASAP.

This apartment complex is the worst. They will show a nice apartment. And move in a dump. People hang out all kinds of night smoking and drinking. Most of the children have no home training. It's dirty. The people in the office are nice that's what's get it one star.

This place is over priced in my opinion. In the pictures and advertisements they portray a clean, secure, functional property but for those of us that live here, its totally the opposite. The trash OFTEN overflows. There are break-ins despite the FREQUENT visits by the dekalb county police department. The pool is OFTEN closed in the summer when it should be open. Work orders take way too long. Over all just an over rated experience. This place should easily be priced at $550 at the max.

I live here with my daughter and we have not enjoyed living here at all. First, when we first toured the apartment there was a big stain on the carpet and it was documented. The Stain is still there (sigh). The water pressure was great when we first moved in but they changed it so now its pain just to brush your teeth and wash your face (sigh). The maintenance men are completely useless, they don't seem to have any training. Our stove has not been fully functioning for years. Only the two front burners work (sigh and shaking my head). We have complained many times about it. The pipe under the kitchen bursted and the maintenance man solved it by shuting off the dishwasher and never turned it back on. There are new owners now and they don't seem to be any better than the last ones but only time will tell. (sigh)

Ever since Harvest Property took over the apartments have became nasty. There is trash left ever where when you need a work order done they dont come and fix anything. When PEM was over Kenridge I did not have a problem with the staff or the maintenance team.. Now since Harvest Property are the owners my stay at Kenridge is coming to an end
