Kenmore Place

Honestly, Kenmore Place has been a pretty great spot. The place is clean, maintenance actually shows up when you need them, and the staff’s been amazing. Sara and Millie are very kind and helpful. It’s in a super convenient area close to food, shops so getting around’s easy. The neighborhood’s chill and feels safe too.

I’ve been living at Kenmore Place Apartments for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier. The complex is well-maintained, quiet, and feels like a real community. The girls in the office are absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and always go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Their positive attitude and professionalism make all the difference. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming place to live in Marysville, I highly recommend Kenmore Place!

If you don't mind living in an apartment that has THE worst flooring, then this place is for you! I seriously think Ardent uses construction paper for their flooring. We live on the ground floor. Believe me when I tell you, not only can we hear the lady and her kids and her boyfriend's kids walking, running, jumping, etc. on the 2nd floor (it's LOUD), BUT we can also hear the toddler running and stomping around on the 3rd floor. Yes, that's right, the 3rd floor! Why are we hearing anything from the 3rd floor?? The noise is exacerbated by the fact that the flooring is so cheap and Ardent clearly doesn't care about the tenants that have to live in their apartments. Management will just tell you to call the cops. Talking to the tenants also doesn't get you anywhere. In addition, there is dog poop everywhere - even on the sidewalks! There is trash all over the place as well. Management does nothing about either. So, my advice to you, do not live here if you can help it - you will regret it either by the noise, the poop or the trash! The lack of respect or common courtesy around this place is very disheartening.

Let me say this first the staff is very friendly and it’s an area where everyone keeps to themselves. No one bothers you but the walls get stained just from getting water on them or rubbing your shoulder up against them. Each door and cabinet hits each other when opened. You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls and neighbors conversations. The complex isn’t kept clean and the box compactor near the trash is always overflowed. There’s no way to walk through the grass without stepping in something. The amount we pay is unbelievable, and doesn’t add up with the tenants they’ve allowed in. They started off with limited people but I think now they let anyone rent here. The adults aren’t mature enough to clean up after themselves and leave garbage in the parking lot and there’s never anywhere to park! I will not be renewing my term

I hate to do this but its needed to be said. These units are constructed in such a manner that people on the first floor can hear the footsteps of people on the third floor. I know sounds crazy but its actually echoing through the unit above us. Had a conversation with the 2nd floor tenant and he stated that it was actually coming from the 3rd floor. I thought the entire time that is was him but today they were not home and my wife (who works from home) paid attention enough to notice they weren't home. She has to deal with it ALL DAY LONG! Building management didn't respond to my email request to take action. Seems like they only care about the new leases vs. the ones that will end up leaving reviews like what you just read.

The walls are thin, our above neighbors are loud and we can always hear their every move and conversation. There’s always dog litter in the grass and cigarettes everywhere. They’re nice apartments but I just feel it’s too soon to be making this a habit. Have brought this to managements attention multiple times and doesn’t seem anything has changed. The staff is very nice and they complete work orders within a timely manner. Overall, the complex is nice.. it’s mainly the people and management it addressing them.

Just moved in to a brand new unit. It seems like they built with pleasing arthritics but looks are not the most important factor in apartment living. The soundproofing is virtually nonexistent. At different times I can hear the pounding bass from a neighbors stereo. Or another neighbors child crying. Or a neighbors talk at a normal voice level. I raised this with one of the on site managers and was told that it’s common on apartment living. But this is far worse than any apartment I have lived in for the past 10 years. You can hear almost everything. I eleould not recommend and plan to move out as soon as I can.

Everything is brand new which makes this a plus and staff are very friendly;nice. Quiet area and everything is close at your convince. only issue I’ve noticed is there is dog poo all through out the complex. Nice pool and workout facility but unfortunately closed when I moved in but it’s beautiful and can’t wait to use in the summer! But there is a dog park for us dog owners, very pet friendly. loving my new place and overall can’t complain :)

Wonderful staff! Abbey was quick to respond to my messages and answer my many questions. Very welcoming, lovely landscape, and the water feature is relaxing to watch.

The apartment and amenities are very nice and modern. The staff are very friendly and helpful!
