Do not move here! Its a nice place and everything. Dont have to worry bout roaches or mouses. BUTTTT, they be stealing peoples tires and rims at this place! This been going on for about three years now!! And they wont even tell newcomers! And apparently their building cameras dont work! Nice place but to be constantly living in fear of someone taking your stuff …it aint worth it!
The property is not excellent but the best in the area base on my experience, Maintenance response is very fast . I have being hear for 5 years great place to live with me and my family, i find it safe,. rats problem s if you are in the basement apartment close to the storage but other areas are clear. But i will give their maintenance team 5/5 . The current property manger she is doing her best 4 on 5. Cons to note , weed smokers on their Balcony, stair ways once in a while, crime very low , My car window broken and air bags stoled, but not too much of a concern cars could be broken into any where . now they have security patrol.

I have been a tenant here for 3 to 4 years and there is always an issue and my concerns are always dismissed. If you move here you will have to deal with your water being shut off numerous times with little to no effective communication about it happening. If it’s not the water being shut off due to patch work not corrective work it’s the washing machines if it’s not the washing machines it’s the elevators. Just recently (Yesterday) I was locked in the elevator for 45 minutes because it malfunctioned and the DLLR certification was dated 9/25/19 and it is December. They are in violation and it is not the first time.
If you're looking for a place with little to no noise, this is the place for you. Friendly neighbors and staff, who are quick to aid with any maintenance needed. Its close by to an assortment of restaurants and positioned near bus stops for transportation access. In the middle of the complex resides a courtyard which is always maintained and proves a great view of the pool. With attractive greenery, lounge chairs and umbrellas, this area is really a sight to behold.
Apartment are very good i live the area and living in towers
This is the perfect building if you are looking to live affordably and still commute to DC within minutes. The location is literally on Kenilworth Ave and minutes from US 50 and 295. The pool is very large, making it ideal for the children to play and for adults to enjoy it as well. The apartment sizes are very large, the largest I have come across during my apartment search! I enjoy this spacious living coupled with the affordable rates.
I have had the best experience ever at Kenilworth Towers Apartments. Whenever i come to the rent office i am always greeted with a warm smile. When i call i receive quick service. The lawn and swimming pools areas are kept clean and lawn nicely cut. I look forward to coming home to my apartment every day after work. I'm living, loving and enjoying Kenilworth Towers.
