Kendallwood Apartments

All online pages for this apartment show that there is current availability for a 1 bed, however, the next available isn't for months. Very disappointed because I love the area and amenities this complex could offer, and was excited apply.

Kelsey and Linley are the greatest in the Kendallwood Office. Gail and I have lived here over 32 years and we have enjoyed every minute of it. Kelsey just recently helped us get set up on rent cafe and it went so smooth. It will make paying our rent a breeze. She was so patient and helpful. Also Linley was instrumental in helping us get the clubhouse set up for out 50th wedding anniversary party that will be in June. We are so lucky to have their expert assistance and they are always there to help us out when we need it. Kudos to both of them. Also to the maintenance crew and the Curry Office. Thank you all for all ypu have done for us over the last 32 years. We love our home!!!

Old buildings with maintenance issues galore. Leasing office who do a terrible job following up on any issues you might be having. Had a leaking issue and all they did was patch work after patch if they showed up until my apartment flooded and I had to move. DO NOT LIVE HERE

I've lived here a long time and I've finally had enough. Maintenance doesn't actually fix anything. Leasing office is constantly under new management. I literally don't have working utilities half the time. My ac never works. The water leaks. The drains clog and pipes burst. I've had my storage unit broken into and car vandalized. Moving is not cheap, and I've been wanting to leave for so long now. Thank God this nightmare is almost over. Do not give this place your money.

Never able to contacted, cant fix anything, makes you pay for rent and utilities when they have possession and and keep your deposit.

This is a great place to live. The amenities they offer are amazing and worth it. The only complaint i have is that sometimes the trash pickup never comes to take your trash so then you have to go throw the trash in the dumpster yourself. Oh, i know…. Poor you, heaven forbid you have to go put the trash in the dumpster yourself. The point I’m trying to make is that we are paying a fee for that trash pickup… so it’s like we’re paying for nothing if the trash pickup people don’t come pick it up! So, that is kind of frustrating. We have made calls up to the office to see if they could fix it and they were very accommodating and told us they would do it themselves if the people didn’t come and take it out. So, that is a positive :)

Even with the Makeup to make looks better; still many problems inside: Inside the old apartments need many fixtures, don't talk about hallways, they did a makeup to. The new neighbors the management rent, don't see how many issues bring to the old neighbors without backgrounds reviews, just to get the money invested on the makeup. And the worst part, The parking, they don't assign number parking for neighbors, so people came from other places to visit used any they want; and also new neighbors don't care about rules or notice; because as I said no signs for visitors or numbers parking (so anyone can hit or scratch your car and nobody knows)

Kendallwood Apts is your new home!! This place has everything you need in an apartment community! Great neighbors, great apartments, pet friendly, and #1 staff I have ever met!! Heather and Misty add such personality to this place that you wouldn't want to live any where else. Great amenities!!! Onsite gym, movie theater, and rec area! Great pools and bbq areas!! Wonderful size apartments and awesome area to be in. Right next to a park, shops and fast food. I am telling you, IF YOU DON'T LIVE HERE, YOU MESSED UP!! I live towards the back of the community in Rockcreek at Kendallwood, I call it the older but upscale area of the complex. Everything in this area has been upgraded to match the other parts of the community. Just awesome! Do I have a fireplace? Yup! Do I have vaulted sealing Yup! Do I love my apartment? Yup! Great view. Lease office answers to your work order calls. Nice, friendly neighbors and close to things you need; grocery store, hardware store, pharmacy, Target. Cons- no washer and dryer in unit, but on the premises. Pool is nice, kept clean.

I have lived here over 15 years and wouldn't live anywhere else. The rooms are huge; walk-in closets, large balconies, and friendly neighbors make it home. Any time I need maintenance work done it is always completed in a timely manner. Linda (manager) is very nice and helpful. The location is great - everything you need is within a couple of miles. You won't be disappointed!
