Kearney Plaza is in a prime location for restaurants and services. It is a quiet building with responsive management.
Very responsive and caring on-site management staff. Easy to get along with while performing their individual jobs with precision. We are long time residents and are disappointed in Executive Management decision to change competent management staff so often! Please reconsider that policy.

Overall, I love living at Kearny Plaza. I love the floor plan of my unit, and my balcony and the staff are all super nice! I appreciate that we have a smaller community, it feels like the staff actually know who I am. The location is perfect for me. It means that I hardly ever have to get in my car for entertainment, spa care, dining out, pubs, groceries or coffee, etc, and there are three great parks within a few minute's walk as well. We are right on multiple streetcar lines and have quick access to major highways. I'm definitely happy that I live here!

The location of these apartments is perfect for a walking life. Three parks within a couple of blocks and grocery stores close by. A quiet building with just enough amenities to make it really comfortable. A great office team to answer all your questions.

Nice location above Starbucks and close to Safeway, parks, and public transit. However, no privacy, outdated apartments, and no useable amenities on site. Greystar management did a move out inspection with me and told me I would not have to pay anything additional but then was charged a month after leaving for additional cleaning expenses, and utility expenses they claimed I owed. Payed additional to them keeping my security deposit. Unprofessional and would not recommend. Better apartments for quality and price in area.

Currently, our amenities are open by reservation only, due to COVID-19, and phase 1 business restrictions enacted by the Governor. Under normal circumstances, our Rooftop Terrace, inner resident courtyard, and Wi-Fi lounge are all open 7 days a week, from 8:00 AM until 10:00 PM. In regards to move-out charges, final utilities are normally taken out of your deposit, if not paid before handing back possession. This is due to our billing cycle being in arrears. Our residents do not pay utilities for the first 60 days, which in turn means additional utility fees upon move out. If you would like to dispute any charges, we would be happy to discuss and help find the best solution for you. We had 5 cars have their windows bashed in last weekend in our supposedly "secure" parking garage and the entire 4 story buildling's elevators have been out for two weeks now with the management not knowing when they will be fixed. Looks nice, but not managed well. It's one thing to be broken into but it's another to have to go 2 weeks without having an elevator fixed no EXCUSE!

Our community and parking garage is controlled access. We do also have video surveillance throughout the community as well. With that said, we unfortunately cannot guarantee safety and or security. The area has unfortunately experienced this at several other communities in the area. We have taken measures to be more proactive in situations like these. In addition, we do ask that you do not leave any valuable or personal belongings in your vehicles, as this can be an attraction to people trying to gain unauthorized access into the community. We also ask that residents do not let anyone into the building behind them, if they do not have an access Fob and or that they request the person utilize the call box, to reach their party, so that we are not allowing people into the community if they do not have valid access. Kearney Plaza is a beautiful setting. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, one block from the trolley with restaurants and shops in easy walking distance.

Really LOVE the area. One of the BEST restaurants is right across the road. The Hairy Lobster. The staff at the apartments are VERY responsive & Super Friendly!
Nice apartment in a great location/neighborhood.
I'm new to Kearney Plaza and new to Portland in general. I have only had one brief stay in my new living space; however, it is extremely positive.
I would not move here again if I knew how management addressed a building flaw that displaced residents.
Kearney has been good to us and always wants to do the right thing in every situation. Always friendly and great customer service.
The staff is excellent and very helpful, ensuring an entirely successful move-in.
This is the perfect location - center of the best neighborhood in Portland but not loud and hectic. Convenient to stores, restaurants, parks, and public transportation to go practically anywhere. The building is quiet and well-maintained, with helpful staff and good service.
