Property Ratings at Karmel Apartments
After Emory Properties took over this building and updated the units there have been no complaints whatsoever beyond the usual maintenance work that’s done in a space (like changing lightbulbs) - Paul is someone you could rely on to always respond to you and have an answer.
I would advise you after living there for 9 years that you should not rent from Cora or Gerald Rygh. It takes forever to get a simple thing fixed if needed, and likely that they will not call you back ever about the situation possibly would just randomly show up to take care of it without any word. If there are ever mad at you or you let them know that you're moving out, they will basically just pretend that you don't exist to them at that point. The parking lot is a destroyed concrete pit basically and over crowded. Will show up to your apartment days before end of month with no word to try and show apartment. A pain to deal with in general, and a nightmare to deal with this last month.
