I genuinely love living at Kapolei Lofts. The amenities alone are fantastic, but it is also located in a great spot in Kapolei. So close to multiple grocery options, more than one hotel option just across the road for friends and family to stay at when visiting, and walking distance to the local elementary school.

We have had a great experience here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenace has ALWAYS been awesome too. My only complaint is that the homeless are in the parking lots at night looking through things.

Love our home, we feel safe, have good neighbors, the office, maintenance and gardening staff have kept our community beautiful, but the eight years we’ve been living here, trying to control pests entering our home and the dust accumulation have increased so much more than when we first moved in.

Kapolei Lofts called me at just the right time in my life. After being on the Affordable Unit list for nearly a year, I got the call. I had been in a really toxic living situation at the time and seemed to look everywhere and had no luck. When they told me they had one unit available, without hesitation, I said we would take it. The whole process was so easy and stress free. We've been here for 8 months now and can't be more thankful for such a blessing.

The only things missing is elevators for people that live on the upper levels. More space needed in the apartments as well. Other than that the overall ambiance is satisfying can’t wait to move.

Love the friendly atmosphere, neighbors and feeling a sense of belonging. We love going to the gym but (there are times when the equipment is not regularly cleaned and keeping the treadmills in working condition). Enjoy the events that are offered to our community and the organized activities. Suggest that our community have an area where the tenants can wash their cars.

Finally all settled into the apartment with the family and it's plenty of space, since it is hard to find 3 bedrooms for rent on island, especially apartments this fits my family and 2 dogs perfectly! Love the neighborhood and surrounding area. Plenty of areas to walk and eat. Also lots of job opportunities for family members if needed! Love it here so far. Also want to give a huge shout out to the maintenance team they have fixed every issue we had in our unit quick and efficiently!

So far so good! I like that I don’t have to worry about who is coming in and out of our building bc you can only get in with a fob. Makes me feel a lot safer at night.

Apartments are well built. Whenever I have a maintenance issue it is fixed immediately. The office staff have been extremely helpful since the day I moved in.

We are always taken care of here at the lofts !!! It has so far been a very positive experience. From the office personnel to the maintenance crew . The only reason they got four stars instead of five as I think they could get better security. Even though our moped was locked up, it was stolen from the parking lot. It took them some time to take the exhaust in the back wheel off to get the rest of the bike and security planes to have never seen it.

Great community and place to live! They often throw small community events to help the neighbors mingle etc. It’s clean around the area and theres plenty of parking around as well.

For the price we pay to live in a nice area and have a nice complex Homeless people are ruining living here. They are flooding the neighborhood with a homeless camp right across the street. They dig through the trash constantly and will be aggressive if you walk by, my wife walks our dog around the neighborhood and now it is unsafe because they are aggressive and mean. Staff has messed up my paperwork multiple times giving me extra bills or not the correct amount, and giving away my parking spot I pay for and almost having my car towed. You can never go to the pool because it’s either down for maintenance or people go there and just let their kids run around unsupervised. Overall this used to be a very nice place and now it’s terrible and has seriously gone down hill and is not worth the price of what they are having you pay.

Crazy increase in homeless population for the price of living here. A homeless camp opened across the street and now they rummage through our trash and aren’t friendly.

Love living at the lofts, the apartment is updated and the community is well kept. The maintenance team is always extremely quick and helpful whenever something in my unit needs fixing

We intended to stay for a short time to test apartment living but decided to remain longer for the convenience and security. (Except of course, growing concern about the rising costs of living!!)

If you decide to move here. Please go to the 3rd level. Do not get an apt on the 1st floor. You will hear everything from your neighbors upstairs. The apartments are well kept. They should be for all the fees you pay. The only reason I picked these apartments was because I needed a place immediately moving from the mainland. If I had more time to look I would have not chosen to stay at the lofts. They are nice but not worth the price.

It will be three years in March since I moved here. The front office staff, including Bri, Courtney and Hoku have been so caring and helpful with all and any concerns. They keep Kapolei Lofts running well. Our maintenance crew is just the best. They are a well oiled team that take such good care of our overall living spaces. I love living here!

Moving here has been my best experience on island thus far. The Lofts are located in the best/ most convenient area. The amenities are very nice and well kept. The maintenance team is top tier! I love it here.

Overall great experience here at Kapolei Lofts. The surrounding area needs some cleaning up, but the grounds of Kapolei Lofts are well done. The rents are a bit pricey, but it is a relatively new community. There are several cats around the compound, but that is not the fault of the management. The residents continue to feed the cats, so they come. The amenities are nice and well kept. Most of the residents follow the rules of the facility. It's quiet at night and the maintenance crew is very responsive.

Overall all nice, clean community. A bit pricey, but worth it, if you care for amenities. Quiet, mostly, at night, except for the heavy footed upstairs neighbors. Overall nice place to stay.

Beautiful landscaping all through the courtyards, peaceful environment all around, neighbors are friendly, great gym area and relaxing pool experience when needed. The layout of the lofts are remarkable! Definitely 5 star status!

Th staff are absolutely amazing. The roach problem is unsettling as I think it is an issue from the previous tenants. The light sockets had nests in them as well. Those have since been changed out .

I really love living here. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. The grounds of the apartment are very well kept. The maintenance team is absolutely wonderful. And the overall building/unit is amazing.

The process of moving from Florida to Hawaii was pretty stressful but the having the office help out with process of getting the apartment was great and easy.

Sabrina was very helpful! The apartments are beautiful and conveniently located by a couple food stores, shopping Plaza, and only about 15 Mims from electric beach!

Location is great. Maintenance Staff is GREAT! Things that are holding back from giving this a 5 star is the cost to live here. Nobody seems to know what some of the charges on our monthly invoices are.. it’s not much but still adds up. You can only book with spectrum in this apartment complex, they have far more expensive rates than hawaiian tel or other local companies. Stray cats are a huge problem here. Cats are often found laying around parked cars. Neighbors have been somewhat a problem over the years. Neighbors blasting music in their cars in their garages… garages are directly under units.
