They do not give back your security deposit and state it is for problems that existed before move in. The management leaves the properties filthy and then blames the tenants. DO NOT LIVE HERE
I love living with Kampus Properties ; the office staff are super friendly, helpful and responsive, and maintenance comes ASAP (typically same day or next business day) or there’s an emergency line we can call with big issues so they’ll come immediately. I highly recommend!
