Apartments Nice, Neighbor & Landlord is awfulsucks!

Apartment is really cool! However in everyroom except for the master you can hear the crazy neighbor lady yelling and screaming at her kids. When there not home there dogs bark non-stop and then she has the nerve to yell at me for dog barking when i leave in the morning. I asked other neighbors if my dog was barking and they said for ten minutes then she stops. Thankfully moving soon but the lady was awful and property manager at Kapolei Realty was awful as well.
