The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Junction Crossing Apartments
Horrible management. Dismissive won’t help. My car was towed twice here. Dog poop everywhere. Dumpster always full. Ants and pest problem. Gate to gated community always broken.
Our experience has been overshadowed by apartment management’s dismissive approach to addressing tenant concerns, particularly those involving other residents. For several months, we had no issues with noise from the apartment above us. However, when our upstairs neighbors brought in another adult and children to live with them, excessive noise—including constant running, stomping, crashing, and banging—began almost immediately. Despite providing detailed documentation of these disturbances, inlcuding videos, management has ignored our concerns about unauthorized occupants and dismissed the noise as “normal everyday sounds.” This feels like gaslighting. Management’s offered “solutions,” such as transferring to another unit or terminating our lease, place the burden entirely on us rather than addressing the actual problem. Their refusal to take meaningful action has left us feeling unheard and unsupported.

Property Manager at Junction Crossing Apartments, Responded To This Review
This is what we love to hear! Thank you for the 5-star review of Junction Crossing Apartments!
My 78 year old mother has lived at this complex for 5 years and never been late once, new management took over in April and one of the leasing team told her she did not need to sign up for a new portal to pay rent so she paid her rent on the previous management portal, they charged her late fees and served her with a 3 day notice to vacate she went to the office to speak with them, the manager got up and shut her door and then another person told her she would need to call the account manager to discuss. She went to get a cashiers check and brought it to the office then they returned it and said you need to include the $144 late fee. She lives on a fixed income and cannot not afford to pay any late fees! Pool is always closed, parking for visitors is so limited your visitors have to park outside of the gate on the street, trash is horrible always spilling out on to the parking lot. Management never answers the phone and does not respond to emails. Take your hard earned money where you are valued at!
The curtesy officer told us that there’s only so many times that neighbors can get noise complaints until further action takes place. Well, the manager refuses to take any action saying that there’s nothing she can do. I guess the rules only apply when they want to use them. Other apartments come to verify sound when you complain about noise. Not here. They refuse to help and then retaliate against you by trying to force you to leave when you state your rights of “quiet enjoyment” to corporate. Lived in an apartment for years so I know that a little bit of noise is inevitable. No one should have to be forced to sit on their porch or in their closet because inside it’s unbearable. Or intentionally walk around stores or go to restaurants because it’s only bearable to be home during quiet hours. They don’t even try to work with you to transfer apartments. Great service.
Dog poop everywhere, even the dog park is full of poop all the time, I can't even take my dog in there because it is so unhealthy and unsanitary, not sure how the property advertises itself as pet friendly when they do nothing to protect the health of pets with all of the crap everywhere, The poop station areas get full of bags and never get emptied except maybe once a week, poop bags end up all over the ground. The pool is covered in yellow/mustard algae, dead shrubs, dead trees, no mulch, exposed and damaged irrigation throughout, no grass just weeds everywhere, tons of ant beds, the pond is always full of garbage, the breezeways are filthy and covered in dirt and cobwebs, cigarette butts are all over the place, I have lived here 5 months and the gates have never worked, former residents use the parking lot in the very back of the property for drug deals, most of the patios are unkept and dirty, inadequate parking for guests, Absolutely ridiculous that these apartments share ventilation so that you can smell your neighbor's cigarette smoke and marijuana in your apartment. Whenever I call the office no one ever answers the phone, when you go in there they are rude, and when they respond to an email they don't add a signature line so you have no idea who is emailing you, so unprofessional! This is without a doubt the worst place I have ever lived and I cannot wait to move out, I would never recommend this property to anybody.
Property Manager at Junction Crossing Apartments, Responded To This Review
Thanks for letting us know about this issue. We have a policy regarding pet waste and we ask residents to report anyone who's been caught leaving their pet waste behind. Our maintenance team does their best to clean up after pets where they can and we rely on our residents to do their part in picking up pet waste for their pet. We'll continue to remind residents of our pet waste guidelines and maintain our pet waste stations. We've shared your feedback with our team and ask that you please give us call at (817) 232-2600 so we can connect you with our Community Manager.
Our first weekend in our apartment we had a huge leak through the entire living room they “patched it” servers times only for it to keep happening until our furniture was ruined when we wanted to switch apartments they were price gouging us telling us the difference would be almost 500$/ month and the office ladies are never friendly again after you move in plus the ones who live there get to park where ever they want including the cross walk space but parking for normal residents was horrible and if you had your car there one night without a sticker or one of your friends it would be towed awful first apartment experience.
