      Good Stuff at Juction Team

      Ive been living here 3 years and i want to say the maintanence crew is really good, they come fast and keep me updated with the progress of repairs. They are always pleasent when I see them out around and the office girls are polite too. The neighbors are what make this place great, we are like a big family.

      Beware, This Place Is A SCAM

      The staff of the property are liars and scammers. The experience working with them for over a month in efforts to secure an apartment was a nightmare. Intentional delays in the application process, daily avoidance from the leasing agent, no returned phone calls. An overall experience that lead to forcing us to withdraw an application then having our money kept! 45 days later and still no refunded money, no contact from management, no contact from the leasing company.

      Overall, my maintenance experiences have been okay, though many with water issues, insects (especially summertime) to name a few, but they eventually get fixed.

      Some suggestions would be not just have 1 pizza party but actually engage with residents more. There seems to be no culture in this community, everyone’s doing their own thing. Fix the front gate and make it more exclusive for residents that actually live here instead of having one open all day. Also, to have both sides working to make it more convenient. The mailroom should not be hard to get into. The codes barely work and it’s confusing. There needs to be Amazon lockers in place of the older mailroom. And there needs to be a stop sign in between streets where crossroads intersect and where there’s a possibility of hitting another car while exiting could possibly occur. These are suggestions. I love my apartment, it’s quiet (ie: can’t hear my neighbor) beautiful scenery, I love Junction at Vinings and how they maintain the outdoor spaces. I absolutely love how my stackable washer/dryer stopped working and I received a brand new because the last one was outdated. I love the valet trash! I love the complimentary parking, and the access to get into the side entrance with my key phobe! So there are some goods, some bads, all in all, i’m thankful to have been approved and live here.

      The office staff is kind and professional. The grounds in front of my apartment are horrendous Maintenance continues to be an issue. They should NOT complete work orders when the work is not completed

      Having lived here for many years, the community is safe, clean, quiet and centrally located for access to anything needed. Any maintenance issues I've ever had have been responded to and resolved quickly and efficiently. No real complaints.

      I had a horrible experience moving in the upgraded or renovated apartment. Not about this apartment was renovated other than the fact that it doesn’t have carpet. The floor was Changed the day after my move in date. No one took their time to make sure that this apartment was ready. My bath tub looks like a mess, the whole thing looks like a cheap fixer upper project that was glued together without any care.

      Definition of Horrible - Junction at Vinings

      I have stayed in multiple rental apartments in different US states for the last 10 years but never had a bitter experience like staying in Junction at Vining. To start with – its very old apartment with lot of issues that every other day you had to raise a maintenance request and wait for service person to turn up. Few things they close and few others they ignore and close the service request with no proper reason. Their mailbox is broken for last 5 months and it impacted nearly 70 apartments, but they never cared to repair it, the residents had to literally go to USPS office during office hours and wait outside to collect their own mails. When we follow up regarding this to leasing office, they come up with fancy reasons, but issue persists for nearly 4-5 months by now with no ETA to fix. Rest assured this apartment is well known for cohabitants like roach, rats, bees, wasps and etc . So, you want to live a horrible life for saving small pennies, prefer this apartment or stay out of it. Hope their management takes little step to resolve basic issues and making it a habitable one.

      Don’t do it. They only contact you when it benefits them. When you ask for a call or send messages they do not respond. You have to submit several service repairs. If you don’t submit it as an emergency it won’t be addressed. Then t he have the nerve to enter a complete in the system.

      I just moved in and my experience here at Junction at Vinings has been great! Very quick and easy move in process, King my leasing agent was very knowledgeable and fun to work with! Thomas the Maintenace specialist was also very nice and quick with the repairs and offered different options and honest review of products. I'm very pleased. I haven't had any issues with bugs either.

      My husband and I cannot wait to leave this property. We have been living in apartments for about a decade, and this has by far been the worst. The management is unresponsive and unprofessional. We rarely get maintenance to our apartment. Our maintenance requests get marked as "completed" when no one has contacted us or visited the unit. The complex is littered with trash and pests. We will not be renewing our lease, and wed even break the lease if the fee wasn't so expensive.

      Junction at Vinings was one of the two places, out of the twelve I called, that answered the phone immediately during my apartment search. Everyone in the office has been nothing but nice and helpful during the process. All of my neighbors have lived here for years and are quiet and respectful. It’s in a great location! Close to the highway, shopping, and the battery, all while feeling secluded in the woods.

      I enjoy my apartment so far; I love my balcony. I have not had chance to explore the amenities but what is provided seems to be great fior a gated community like this.       DON'T LIVE HERE

      DO NOT live at this apartment complex. There are bugs everywhere. We found a dead rat right outside our door. Animals go through our trash daily. Maintenance is extremely unreliable. I could think of at least 20 reasons off the top of my head regarding why this apartment complex is so terrible. My AC has gone out more times than I can count and takes WEEKS to be repaired, even at the height of Summer. There is mold all over my bathroom ceiling and door frames. My AC is leaking and has turned my bathroom carpet into a puddle and is starting to mildew. Everything is just painted over, there are no real "renovations," just coats of paint everywhere. There was not an AC filter system in place when I moved in and had to insert it myself. There are kids toys and kids running around CONSTANTLY in the parking lots. At one point the mailboxes were broken into and took months to be repaired, meaning we all had to go to the post office to pick up the mail once a week as ordered by the post office. It is almost September and we have not had an open pool all summer. The gym is only open half the time and management does not care if you can't get in. The gate system is an absolute joke as if it is closed no guests can get in due to a broken key system. The water is shut off randomly each week due to "repairs" with little to no warning. My rent continues to increase SIGNIFICANTLY each year. Do not live here. I cannot stress to you enough how terrible this complex is.

      Black Mold and Roach Infested Beware!

      Beware Black Mold and Roach Infested. Roaches are in my walls, food, my electronics.. after many complaints nothing serious was done.  At this point the whole building is infested as neighbors are having the same issue. Hearing animals in the walls. Appliances keep breaking. Don't waste your time here!!! The owners could careless about the condition of the apartmemts!! They just continue to raise prices regardless of the condition of the apartments and make no effort to fix the problems. They still require you to pay in full for breaking the lease even though they aren't doing their part by providing livable apartments. We also pay for valet trash that is very unreliable. Often times they don't pick up the trash and animals break open bags and you are responsible for the cleanup and bugs that have accumulated all over it. The office responds by write an email...Trash compactor continues to overflow and rats are everywhere... This place has low reviews for a reason!!!

      Horrible Management

      Do not stay here! The rent increase is ridiculous after a year! There’s rats all over the property, management has terrible attitudes, your forced to pay for valet trash but it never gets picked up. Work orders take forever to be completed. Tenants are not a priority! Many ppl complain about bugs in there apartment! Invest your money elsewhere!

      JAV is the best community that I have lived in. Maintenance team is amazing! If there are ever any issues, I can always expect them to come that same day or the next morning, and they always do an amazing job! I have NEVER seen a roach or bug of any sort in my unit. The community grounds are always cleaned. The community is diverse and a great environment for anyone!! So move to JAV you would not regret!

      Management response is very bad .. due to current pandemic situation when you try to reach out to management over email , never expect any reply unless you go and ask them to reply . I referred a friend to the Appartment in 2019 and still not received the reward and complained to management atleast 5 time but no response got . Maintenance is very bad .

      This used to be one of the best communities in this area and I have been living here for almost 6 years. Now it has become worse beyond recovery after the new management took over. Months of delay to fulfil maintenance requests, waste bags not getting picked up for days even though its mandatory to opt for valet waste pickup. Entire community is full of pet excretion and some corners stinking so badly, plastic bags lying all over. Not a place to live with family anymore. The management releases a set of rules every month for the residents to follow in a dictatorial tone but they never stick to any of their simplest responsibilities. Some staffs are good and polite and most of them are not.
