Everything is great. The grounds are nice, staff is friendly, very quiet, the pool is wonderful. I just wish the washing machines were updated. I love my apartment.

We’ve been here 6 years now and will happily stay a few more!! Great community, good location, our bedroom is huge compared to other apartments, parking is never really an issue and bugs aren’t a problem either. Maintenance comes within 48 hours (usually same day). Compared to other horrors you hear, we’re a bit spoiled here!

I like how quiet this area is which was unexpected. I sometimes hear neighbors but it does not bother me. The only thing I am concerned is the the work orders since my washer makes a struggling noise when rotating and not sure I will get things looked at since it has been a couple weeks. Besides all that I happy here.

Not worst experience but could’ve been better. Baseboards all around were filthy with stains and scuffs. Cabinets were filthy with stains, paint, and scuffs. Hallway bathroom has a weird dried residue in the corner and baseboards have odd yellow stains. Both shower heads leak. Floors have paint splatters all over them. Door frames look chewed on. Was told I could plug in spectrum internet and have it work immediately which wasn’t the case and have to call a technician out.

Really good apartment for the price point, although the quality of interior could be a bit better. The amenities are excellent with a lot of activities available in and near the leasing center.

I really like living here at Judson Pointe! I have some disabilities (some hidden & some not always), so living here has been great due to the community location & my apartment location within the community! Judson Pointe is very convenient to nearly everything I need to live independently without having to drive too far away! As stated b4, leasing & maintenance are awesome, & so is the affordability!! Sure hope it stays this way so I can remain here at least another year.

I really like my apartment and it's proximity to shopping, family, and friends! Not having to rent or get my washer & dryer from storage was an awesome surprise as well. No ppace is perfect all of the time, but i have no regrets in choosing Judson Point as my residence. Also, the office staff has been wonderful from day one, so a big thank you to all of you for making this a great experience so far!

My experience has been nothing but bliss. Maintenance is amazing and very responsive to anything I need. Grounds are well kept. I really appreciate the amazing communication between all of the staff and residence.

Office staff and maintainance are awesome! Just something to consider if this bothers you but I can hear neighors coughing or talking through my walls in bedroom.

Well I only lived here for 5 days so far, and a lot happened in front of my unit, an arrest was made right in front of our apartment and he hid all the stuff underneath our mat. Other than that we love our apartment & staff, great neighborhood & great neighbors

My neighbor's upstairs keeps blocking the entrance and exits to my apartment and asking me multiple questions about my living situation during the night time. The knocking and stomping has continued days at a time and does not get any better the following days the upstairs neighbor is stomping right now as a matter of the fact. Management has been notified but she tells me to make police reports but when I bring them in the manager tells me that she didn't tell me that!

Love the community and atmosphere. Great people, friendly staff, love the area. Great location to live , not far from Walmart or HEB. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Que el horario de piscina fuera mas extendido, pues llegamos cansados de trabajar en la noche y aveces queremos una relajación en la piscina pero por el horario no se puede, esto para los climas de calor. Evidenciamos que la gente de afuera se salta la reja para hacer uso de la piscina, no ay control de eso y puede entrar cualquiera, tenemos cámaras pero no pasa nada. Y algo muy importante o pues lo veo importante, los portones de entrada del peaton al conjunto, debería tener acceso con clave, cualquier persona entra y sale como si nada, inseguridad

Very nice and quiet. All the staff is super friendly. The pool is huge and the parking is relatively easy to find places to park. I cant wait to try the pop up food trucks that come by.
