Every apartment has thin walls and ceilings compared to places I have been in before. Leasing office is ran by people who are unprofessional and force policies without any critical thinking. Makes me feel like I am living in a prison due to them to refusing to reason with tenants and constant noise throughout the night from the other residents. Come here if you like to stay up all night and be treated poorly by the "office"

The management here is completely incompetent at best, and malicious at worst. Either way is not relevant to the renters, as the impact on you will be felt all the same. I signed a lease almost three months before the move-in date, and they cancelled it on my three days before the move-in date because they could not repair a leak in the roof of the apartment in a timely manner, even after the previous tenant had reported it to them. I have not been offered any compensation for the massive uprooting to my life. I have a week to find a new place to live now, or be homeless. Be extremely cautious when considering living here. You may not end up living anywhere at all.

I have been happy here for the past year - I mind my own business and don't ask for much. But I just got kicked out of the pool at 8:00 PM on a Friday in the middle of summer where it is broad daylight for another hour! This is the only amenity that I use, and the only time I have to use it. It used to close at 9:00, which made more sense. I've been considering breaking my lease and moving somewhere else, and this might be the thing that drives me to do that. Not only did they not open the pool up until May (it's FL, those of us that were born and raised here know swimming season opens in February), now we can't even swim while it's still light outside?! I don't pay this ridiculously high rent to not be able to use the amenities at a reasonable hour (it's not like I'm trying to swim at midnight - most hotels are even open until 9:00 or 10:00 PM).

My two roommates and I just got approved for a 2 bedroom at JTB today! We cant wait to move in in just a few weeks. The process to get approved was super quick and easy, all thanks to Caiti! She was there to respond to any questions we had within minutes. And she REALLY sold us on JTB. We had a few other places in mind when we went to visit the site, but after our tour with Caiti we cut out all of the other places and were dead set on living at JTB. We can't wait to move in to JTB! And we look forward to meeting the rest of the team there as well. Hopefully they are all as pleasant to work with as Caiti was. But those are some big shoes to fill! Thanks for everything Caiti!

maintenance requests are supposed to take 7 days as outlined in the lease- the buildings are poorly constructed and it takes months after numerous rains and leakage from the ceiling for a fix- after some of my computers were damaged- their continues to be leakage in the back door as management said the problem was fixed after complaining at least 10 times- stay away -this is managed by inland-terrible management-if you like placing towels by the back door when you go outside for fear of water damage then this is the place for you!

good luck trying to sleep at night. every time my upstairs walk in their kitchen the lights shake in mine. Oh not to mention the sirens from the highway that permeate through the paper thin walls.

the place is good, cool apartments, nice pool. BUT I have neighbors upstairs and they seem to be walking about, I can't sleep at night, the manager says that there are thin walls and they can't do anything. I am always sleepy and tired and cannot sleep because of the neighbors upstairs. This is not what I want to pay for ...

When it came time for me to relocate to the Jacksonville area for my job, the JTB Apartments was the first and only apartment community I looked at. During my initial tour with one of the leasing agents/consultants, Cara, I fell in love with the community and signed that day. Cara was very responsive and took the time to really understand my needs prior to showing me an apartment of which I ended up signing for. A few months later, I found out that I would be working from home for an extended period of time of which may become a permanent thing. I decided I needed an apartment home with a second bedroom that I could utilize as a home office. At that time I reached out to the leasing office to inquire about transferring my lease and spoke with Michelle. She too was very responsive and understood my needs and the following day I toured one of their Oceania units (2 bed/2 bath) and it was perfect as it suited all my needs. I cannot thank the entire leasing office to include, but not limited to, Cara, Michelle, Joey, Elissa, Marcy and others for everything they have done and continue to do to make not just my stay, but everyone else's stay a memorable one at JTB. I also have to mention that the amenities offered at JTB are next to none. They offer a stunning pool area which features a zero-entry pool with grilling stations and poolside cabanas, an elite fitness facility, car care area, a pet friendly dog park, a dog spa, an EV charging station, and a lakeside walking/jogging trail just to name a few. Whether you are relocating or just looking to upgrade your current living experience in the area, please do not hesitate to reach out to the amazing leasing staff and come check out everything that JTB has to offer. I promise you won't be disappointed.

I’m in the military just transferred back to Jax 2 months ago . I was on edge to move in the apartments because there are very new but I can honestly say these are the best apartment I have lived in . The staff are great and friendly I love Michelle , there all always available helpful & Professional. the maintenance people never hesitate to fix or come correct anything you need . The apartments are always clean inside in the hallways & outside . I love my home and I recommend them to everyone. I’m in the military so I’ve had my share of bad apartments but not these ??

Good Place To Be Living...
I recall being on my lunch break headed to grab food when I first saw JTB at the A.C Skinner stop light. I called my daughter and said I found our new home. However, seeing the inside of the place was more intriguing. We consider our move to JTB divine and we are thankful! The location is less than 5 minutes away from our offices. The elevators gives us the city feel we New Yorkers miss. We are grateful for this community.

I like the community, the apartments and the amenities are awesome. Unfortunately many residents never clean up after their dogs and we have dog waste everywhere. I think if the administration resolves that problem it would be perfect

Since day one, I have been nothing but impressed with the overall communication and effectiveness of the office and maintenance staff. My move in was seamless and they have been accommodating in every way I've needed. I would highly recommend JTB apartments. We have lived in apartments for the past several years in and around the Jacksonville area. I rank JTB as being one of the best apartment complex we have had the pleasure of living in. The apartments in the luxury class, the grounds are clean and maintained with an abundance of parking. The amenities are out of this world and to make all of this even better is the management, the staff and the maintenance crew. We hope to spend a long time with our new found family at JTB.

Its has been a terrible 1st month. It has cost me time, money and stress. I do not recommend JTB Apartments or any other apartments managed by Greystar
Beautiful apartments. Initially chose JTB because of the pictures posted online. Was pleasantly surprised that my apartment looked exactly like the photos. Communicating with the leasing office staff made the move-in process very easy despite moving from out of state.

I as well drive by daily. I really hope this improves the area. For these prices I hope they take pride and keep the area in front of their property clean. It tends to see a lot of overgrowth and litter. This would be a great improvement from that. The eyesore though is the assisted living who does not clean their property and let's litter build up. No pride in their property and thus becomes the neighbor you dont want

This property looks like it would take a pretty bad hit during a hurricane. The property is deeply inset about 9 feet below ground level in some areas. Take a drive by and notice how the sidewalk is level with the top of the window on the first floor apartments. I wouldnt move here due to potential flooding and damage to my car and 1st floor units. Mold would spread to the second and third floor units. I can't understand why they would choose this piece of land, but it seems as though developers are greedy and desperately throwing up apartments in every nook and cranny they can find. AC Skinner used to be a heavily wooded area, but now that there's so many apartments and no forests, hurricanes will do a lot more damage than they have done in past years.

We wanted to take a moment to address a few of the items that you mentioned after doing some research on the parcel of land. The website for the City of Jacksonville (coj.net) has some awesome resources and we were able to confirm that the community is not in an evacuation zone. Additionally, according the Fema website, we are in a "minimal flood hazard" zone. Lending institutions and surveyors take great care in thoroughly reviewing potential liability for items such as natural disasters and review detailed property information to determine the eligibility for new construction. Although we cannot predict the weather, we can be confident in knowing that due diligence was done for the building potential on the site, as well double checking resources such as coj.net and fema.gov to be able to relay this information in response to your review. JTB is a unique property that abuts to a conservation area that runs along the back line of the property. This is one of the specific reasons that this site was chosen for a multi-family community, as it offers future residents the promise that expanding development will not disturb the nature area that makes the property a desirable and peaceful place to live. I go by these new Apts daily and am very interested in what may come. I can see the progress as it’s being finished. I just might become a tenant there. Once available, I’m sure I’ll come in for a tour. Since I live nearby, continue saying the building process. I’m looking forward to the future.
