Overall fair. The gym is great, that’s the highlight. Everything else is average. Rent is expensive, the facilities maintenance has taken a step down since it was sold, and there are additional “features” forced on us that we didn’t ask for (Bilt payment, package service, can’t bring garbage to the chute, etc).

When I lived there someone fired a live gun inside accidentally. No one was hurt, but the staff hid this fact. Another resident informed us of the situation. The bars on Main St. are incredibly loud 4 nights a week and the walls are paper thin, so you will hear everything. Lots of drunk 20 year olds on roam hallways on weekends. Yelling in hallways is common. Dogs constantly pee in the elevator. Sometimes it is cleaned up, and sometimes it sits all day. Parking is ridiculously tight in the garage. It's like they saved a few bucks by cramming 2 more spots than can be accommodated into each floor. The leasing staff will say they'll do something and don't. The party room is nice. Rent is extremely high for what you get. Overall, this place really sucks. Don't move here.

I am still a new resident here, but so far, JRG Lofts has been absolutely wonderful. The leasing staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The amenities such as the Club Room and the gym are another factor which elevates JRG above other rental options in the area. The view and surrounding area is amazing. I also love my unit, the layout, and the view from outside my window. Highly recommend.
