The apartments are very outdated. Appliances are very dated Also. He half fixes everything and has an excuse for everything. 2 bedroom apartment with 8 people in them is ridiculous in my opinion

Lots of drug activity, and does not come cable ready it's a scam to get more money out of you. He charges for central air by placing an air conditioner in your windows
