Property Ratings at Jerome Grand
The entire apartment buildings are made of thin walls with barely any isolation. At times you can hear your neighbors or their pets. With that being said the clubhouse is poorly moderate with at times, no equipment to actually play with. The gym at times is slippery so you have to be careful while walking. There's always a risk you might fall and hit your head on a metal part of the equipment. The printer is only open during clubhouse office hours and sometimes the staff closes the place even when it's supposed to be open.
Others advertise “Resort style” living, Jerome Grand delivers it. The homes are solid quality and high end interiors. Great location. Nice neighbors. Awesome amenities and the staff make it all the more enjoyable. We love that all the homes have an attached garage with electric openers! Highly recommend this 5-star community!
This new community is beautiful, the prices are reasonable, the location and school district are great, and best of all - the staff is superb! Even throughout the pandemic, they remained readily available and committed to providing excellent service.
