Property Ratings at Jennings Village
On the outside the apartments themselves are gorgeous but when inspected up close the actual construction (for example, they couldn't even take the time to find a stud for the shelves in the closet or pantry so you can't even hang anything up or put anything away without them ripping out of the wall) is so sloppy and lazy. It's almost as if they don't care because it's in trenton. And God forbid you contact maintenance to resolve an issue. It's almost as if they read your email then throw it out. Also ordering packages is not consistently easy. They rarely have access to the door and will leave it outside. Very easy to have things stolen. Just all around poor management which is sad because it has the potential to be life changing for the trenton community. I hate to make it sound so awful because in the end it's clean, quiet, and in a convenient location. Just make sure you take a tour first.
