Gahanna has worked hard to become known as more than just a suburb of Columbus. The community has developed a vibrant character, and in 2007 was named one of the best places to live in America by Money magazine. Would not recommend

To being with, they do not give tours before you sign the lease. They also never answer the office phone so good luck getting ahold of anyone. Safiya also never responds to emails. If you need something fixed, good luck. I’ve been here for the past two years and still have things that have never been fixed since I moved in and when maintenance does come they barely fix things correctly. Pool is never open. Trash always piles around, walls are super thin you can literally hear your neighbors talk. Water bill is split with three units and you always get random bills with no proof or bills being sent late and you getting charged a late fee for them being late. I would not recommend to my worst enemy. If I were you I would look elsewhere but if you’re looking for a place that just collects your money at the end of every month and does not care to even communicate with you then this is the perfect place for you! Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

We offer tours before anything is signed, we have changed the water billing. It is now a fix rate, no more guesses on how much to pay and it is always on the same date.
