Jefferson Flats Student Living in Los Angeles

I’ve been living at Jefferson Flats for a year now, and one of the biggest highlights is definitely the patio with its stunning view of LA. The patios are a perfect spot for studying or relaxing.

Overall I have really enjoyed living at JF. It’s quiet for the most part and I like the flexible payment options. I’ve had a few issues with WIFI but that’s about it.

It's a clean building. I have never seen any rodents or bugs in the halls, rooms, or parking garage and I've been there since the summer. Just build another elevator.

I loved living here to be honest. Sad to be moving away next year! The gym is always nice and so is the coffee machine except sometimes there are no cups. The rooftop has a nice view

I am feeling comfortable living in Jefferson Flat. It has startegic location and warm feeling atmosphere. The staffs are friendly, especially the security guard. With our own space parking lot, it provides quite complete facilities and services.

The kitchens are especially nice—plenty of counter space, updated appliances, and a good flow for cooking or entertaining. The management team is responsive and friendly, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. I’ve always felt like they genuinely care about resident satisfaction.

I like the daily trash valet reliable internet connection and temperature control. I like the community events in the lobby a few times a month.

Everything is very good, Except for the poor sound insulation inside the house. Other facilities are great, the overall appearance is very new, and the location is very close to the school

Overall, good experience. The elevator has been the main issue, it is frequently undergoing repairs. The gym is really great, it has everything.

Jefferson Flats provides a welcoming and modern environment. But what really makes it feel like a home is its staff. Specifically, since day 1 Ixtli has been so welcoming and accommodating to my needs as a resident. She always takes urgency when there are any problems and constantly follows up to ensure that the problem is not only fixed but there are no other issues that persist. Elevators are constantly out of order and are slow. Rent is not fairly adjusted for everyone, and the parking situation is not great (too expensive). The internet is slow too

Overall a good apartment. It is clean and newly built. However, the management is a little bit slow to respond to service requests. The elevator issues happen quite frequently.

I love the amenities if things aren't broken constantly lol. The coffee machine is not working, the elevator wasn't working, the printer never works, wifi stopped working for days, and the list goes on.

Being a new apartment, I expected better from the property. Sometimes its roaches, sometimes elevator malfunctions, resident wifi does not work intermittently, not even now.

Sometimes the waiting time for the elevator is a bit long. Sometimes the wireless network signal is a bit weak. The sound insulation between rooms is not very good.

Very aesthetically pleasing apartment complex for those with good taste! Perfect for the busy student who commutes to school (USC) frequently. It's a short walk to campus. My apartment is clean, safe, and the building is secure. Plenty of amenities! The valet trash service is a bit strict and all residents using it must adhere to the rules or risk fees. The staff is helpful; if you're looking to move here, absolutely consider it and don't be scared to ask plenty of questions!

Honestly, Jefferson Flats is nice, the front desk people are caring and helpful and the customer service number is great. If there’s a maintenance issue the people in charge of it are there within 24 hrs

The apartment is very new and clean. Love the garbage service. The package room is very convenient, and there is washer and dryer in the room so you don’t need to get out.

It has been good although I wish that the conditions of the apartment where better. The furnisher is coming apart and the apartment was extremely dirty on the first day. I think it could have been better for the amount of money we are paying. That said the location is good, I love the rooftop and I like my room/bathroom.

This building has the best management that I have encountered thus far. They are extremely understanding, accommodating, and timely. Maintenance requests are quickly resolved. The staff is really fantastic as well. They go above and beyond to make your experience a positive one.

beautiful apartment with many amenities: washer and dryer, 24/7 gym, bbq grills, seating area, etc. Only 1 elevator from ground 2 to 6th floor. Often broken.

My experience so far could not have been better from fast management communication to different areas to relax and enjoy the views. I love the space here!! I think for everything provided, I would definitely recommend to a friend to live here or even check out the place.

Really easy to move in. Everyone is so understanding and nice. Very comfortable and cozy place, fully furnished, with new appliances and everything.

Well managed, gym is nice. Apartments are thoughtfully constructed. The elevator is a bit slow though, especially with juse one for the whole building.

The office responds fast and communicates whenever there's an issue. Overall I've had a great experience with the staff. The apartments are well taken care of and very cozy.

Very helpful and very smooth move in. Had zero issues moving in and the security aspect I feel is very good. Every question I had was answered promptly.

The building is very modern and it is quiet inside. I love the gym. The storage space is great in the bedrooms, but there is not much cabinet space in the kitchen. The roof top is a nice space and it has a grill.

I’ve been here for only 2 days, so far so good :) there’s 24h weekend security which is great! In unit laundry is also a plus! Overall, a good community as well!

Haven't moved in yet, but everyone in the office has been very helpful so far. When I arrived to tour, they showed me the exact type of unit I'll be moving into, which was very helpful to see.

I’ve been happy with the overall experience so far! The staff is helpful and all has been well! The roommate sorting algorithm gave me housemates I can talk to and operate doing our own things as well.

the amenities here are amazing. gym, coffee bar, roof deck, valet trash/recycling/compost… this place makes me want to have more friends so i can invite them over. and fairly wheelchair accessible! not 100% though so be sure to ask

so far, i have had a pleasant experience with jefferson flats! we have resolved conflicts together and i feel that i can trust them now to take care of me. excited for the year!

One of the best apartments I've stayed at. Everything is catered to you with valet trash and an app. The only thing I would watch out for are the extra fees.

Great easy process and wonderful team. They were super responsive with any concerns and necessities and multiple staff is on call to make sure your needs are met.

It’s been great so far! Just wish there were 2 elevators. I’ve had access to all the amenities and I plan to take more advantage of them in the future.

i love it here and it’s great living around lots of athletes. not to mention the staff at the front desk is awesome they truly care about the residents and they do what ever to make sure that we are good
