Jefferson Flats Apartments

I love it here! Having coffee every morning is amazing and I love the views. The patio is perfect and so is the roof views. Overall I would give the Jefferson Flats a 9/10 rating.

Jeffersonflats is clean, fully furnished, and very convenient for USC students. The location is great, just a short walk to campus, and the living environment is comfortable and safe.

1. The gym isn’t just a tiny corner with old machines – it’s got floor-to-ceiling mirrors, brand-new cardio gear that syncs to your phone, and even a small free-weight area with dumbbells up to 50lbs. I can already picture myself working out there without feeling cramped. 2. The package room is a total game-changer. It’s not a messy pile by the front desk; there are locked lockers with QR code access, so you never have to worry about missing a delivery or your packages getting lost. The staff even sends a text alert the second your stuff arrives. 3. And don’t get me started on the roof deck! It’s got string lights, comfy outdoor sofas, and a little grill area. You can see the city skyline from there, so it’s perfect for grabbing a drink after work or having a lazy brunch on weekends. 4. Every little detail feels thought out – nothing feels cheap or afterthought. It’s the kind of place where you actually want to use all the amenities, not just ignore them.

Overall a pretty nice experience living here! I love how the gym is 24/7!!! But if you’re unit is on the side facing out, you might hear busy traffic sometimes

It's ok. The halls have really bad ventilation and always smell horrible. The building is new, but not perfect. The area is a bit scary and opening the window even for a minute lets mosquitos in. The rooms are perfectly liveable.

The apartment is very clean. The staff are very warm-hearted and enthusiastic. It is highly secure and the facilities are very comprehensive. Overall, it is excellent.

Maintenance staff always respond quickly and provide efficient service, which I truly appreciate. The apartment has exceeded my expectations in many ways.the elevator can be a little slow at times, and the trash collection schedule can be a bit confusing occasionally.

The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is nicely designed. The ceilings are high and the stove is electric. Washer and dryer in unit is very convenient.

Very cozy so far. I like that we have a large public space on the first floor, including a gym (tho I haven’t used it right now. Definitely in the future). The apartment is kinda busy these days because new residents are moving in. I’m sure everything will go back on track the next week.

Everything here is great — both the apartment itself and the public areas. What I love most is being able to work out in the gym on the first floor. Whenever I have an issue with my key, the staff help me right away, which really means a lot to me.

Here, I really felt good service, very fast to help all tanents to solve issues, and everyone here is very friendly, smile, so you can feel very happy everyday. When you need help, all employees will do their best to help you.

The team is very responsive and super helpful in explaining the residential portal and move in instructions. Additionally the gentleman that gave me a tour of the building was very knowledgeable about the place and kind.

It’s been a good experience so far. Amenities are good and the trash valet is great to have. One of my favorite things to do is sit at one of the balconies and get work done or enjoy the views.

I love loving here. The staff is so friendly and whenever I need something fixed in my unit maintenance gets it done super fast. I love that there's a gym and that there are many open spots to chill on the roof, and the lobby.

I’ve been living at Jefferson Flats for a year now, and one of the biggest highlights is definitely the patio with its stunning view of LA. The patios are a perfect spot for studying or relaxing.

Overall I have really enjoyed living at JF. It’s quiet for the most part and I like the flexible payment options. I’ve had a few issues with WIFI but that’s about it.

It's a clean building. I have never seen any rodents or bugs in the halls, rooms, or parking garage and I've been there since the summer. Just build another elevator.

I loved living here to be honest. Sad to be moving away next year! The gym is always nice and so is the coffee machine except sometimes there are no cups. The rooftop has a nice view

Jefferson Flats provides a welcoming and modern environment. But what really makes it feel like a home is its staff. Specifically, since day 1 Ixtli has been so welcoming and accommodating to my needs as a resident. She always takes urgency when there are any problems and constantly follows up to ensure that the problem is not only fixed but there are no other issues that persist. Elevators are constantly out of order and are slow. Rent is not fairly adjusted for everyone, and the parking situation is not great (too expensive). The internet is slow too

Overall a good apartment. It is clean and newly built. However, the management is a little bit slow to respond to service requests. The elevator issues happen quite frequently.

I love the amenities if things aren't broken constantly lol. The coffee machine is not working, the elevator wasn't working, the printer never works, wifi stopped working for days, and the list goes on.

Being a new apartment, I expected better from the property. Sometimes its roaches, sometimes elevator malfunctions, resident wifi does not work intermittently, not even now.

Sometimes the waiting time for the elevator is a bit long. Sometimes the wireless network signal is a bit weak. The sound insulation between rooms is not very good.

My apartment is clean, safe, and the building is secure. Plenty of amenities! The valet trash service is a bit strict and all residents using it must adhere to the rules or risk fees. The staff is helpful; if you're looking to move here, absolutely consider it and don't be scared to ask plenty of questions!

Honestly, Jefferson Flats is nice, the front desk people are caring and helpful and the customer service number is great. If there’s a maintenance issue the people in charge of it are there within 24 hrs

The apartment is very new and clean. Love the garbage service. The package room is very convenient, and there is washer and dryer in the room so you don’t need to get out.

It has been good although I wish that the conditions of the apartment where better. The furnisher is coming apart and the apartment was extremely dirty on the first day. I think it could have been better for the amount of money we are paying. That said the location is good, I love the rooftop and I like my room/bathroom.

This building has the best management that I have encountered thus far. They are extremely understanding, accommodating, and timely. Maintenance requests are quickly resolved. The staff is really fantastic as well. They go above and beyond to make your experience a positive one.

beautiful apartment with many amenities: washer and dryer, 24/7 gym, bbq grills, seating area, etc. Only 1 elevator from ground 2 to 6th floor. Often broken.
