Quiet neighborhood, Friendly staff, Clean community, and access to all the shops you need. We've been moved recently and we have experienced other properties, This is something we can call home
The apartments and property are decent and fairly well maintained, but overpriced for basic apartment living. Good location near lots of stores. Unfortunately, there is a lot of noise and there does not appear to an effort to do anything about reducing the amount of noise here. Trash trucks, cars with modified exhaust systems to increase the noise of their cars, landscaping crews with leaf blowers and other gas powered equipment are a constant. Unfortunately, there does not seem to be any effort to reduce the excessive noise so it's hard to give this place a higher rating.
Jefferson at Carmel Mountain sits in a prime location ! You can get to most areas of SD within 20mins. More importantly within 2 or 3 minutes is everything you could ever need as far as shopping or eating out! I looked at over 20 apartments when moving to this area and Jefferson was by far the best bang for my buck. The units are very nice, large and updated interiors. The grounds are very well kept, the pool is fantastic and the management is great and very accommodating. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.
