Property Ratings at Jefferson Apartments
I lived in Jefferson Apartments for the last year and it is hands down the best deal on an apartment in the city. I spent so much time apartment hunting during 2021 and was blown away by how expensive rent has gotten in Pittsburgh, then I found Jefferson Apartments. You simply cannot find a deal like this, especially in Squirrel Hill. I had a large one bedroom in walking distance to everything, with utilities included, for half of what many other buildings cost. I am only moving because of family circumstances but if I had the choice to stay here for years and years I would. Sheldon is a great and responsive landlord, the only time I needed maintenance done it was rapidly responded to. I highly recommend Sheldon and the building to anyone looking to save some money on cost of living while living in one of the most desirable neighborhoods Pittsburgh has to offer.

My husband and I lived at the Jefferson Apartments in Squirrel Hill for a year and LOVED it!!! We rented the studio apartment, which is EXTREMELY affordable, bright and spacious. We moved from out of state and for a month and a half we had searched for a rental unit that would fit our needs, until we found Jefferson Apartments. We couldn't be more pleased and grateful to Sheldon for choosing us as his tenants, he is an excellent landlord, GREAT service! The neighboorhood is safe, the neighbours are quiet and respectful, Sheldon and the maintenance men are very responsive and quick. The location is PERFECT, close to bus routes, shops, gas station, grocery stores, library, parks and more. Yes, we absolutely, HIGHLY recommend!!!

I have lived at the Jefferson Apartments in Squirrel Hill for two years now. I relocated to Pittsburgh from out of state and Sheldon made the transition seamless. You cannot find a more spacious, bright, one bedroom apartment at this price in Pittsburgh! The location is fantastic, the landlord takes care of anything that needs to be done in a timely manner, and the neighbors are quiet. I would HIGHLY recommend living at Jefferson Apartments!!!
