Mandarin’s park-like landscaping, moss-draped oaks, and historic homes make this city great. High Crime Rate! No, Security! No, Pool! No, central air! Drug dealers! Not safe to rise kids. Most people did a review work 4 them!
Debbie the manager is rude and hard to deal with. The apartments are molded infested with roaches and bugs. They don’t fix anything. Many drug dealers here
I was looking for a 1 nice bedroom apt in a more peaceful community and that's exactly what they have to offer. The manager, Ashley was extremely nice and confident about the property. Although, I haven't moved yet I sure look forward to my new home.
I have lived here for 2 years, the apartments are cheaper for the mandarin area, do its a good deal and saves me money. Also its pet friendly which is hard to find, they just put pet trash cans around the complex which is cool. The ladies in the front Ashley and Debby are always nice and friendly.
I do not recommend moving here unless it is the only place you can afford. Buildings are old, falling apart, mold ridden, roach infested, and need to be demolished and rebuilt. You can tell just by looking at the exterior that the owners are just trying to squeeze out every last penny before the buildings crumble. The listing pictures were definitely taken 20 years ago. Debbie in the main office is rude and defensive about everything, maintenance is incompetent and slow. The property is littered with trash and old furniture, cats are everywhere, potholes are numerous. There is a reason the price tag is so low.
DEBBIE THE "AREA SUPERVISOR" AT THIS COMPLEX IS THE RUDEST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL LEASING MANAGER I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! WHEN I TOLD HER THAT PEOPLE WROTE BAD REVIEWS ABOUT HER COMPLEX AND A FEW PEOPLE SAID THEY HAD ISSUES SHE JUST REPLIED "PEOPLE CAN WRITE ANYTHING THEY WANT ONLINE AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION TO ME TODAY." SO SHE DIDN'T ADDRESS ANY CONCERNS THAT 2 PEOPLE HERE HAVE TALKED ABOUT BEDBUGS AND SHE REFUSED TO LET THERE BE A BEDBUG INSPECTION BE DONE ON AN APARTMENT BEFORE I MOVE IN. SHE NASTILY AND SO RUDELY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR IT AND SHE JUST ACTED LIKE IT WASN'T HER PROBLEM TO DEAL WITH EVEN THOUGH SHE IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE ONE IN CHARGE! I ASKED HER IF THIS WAS A GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD AND SHE REFUSED TO ANSWER MY QUESTION AND TOLD ME TO JUST LOOK IT UP AT THE POLICE DEPARTMENT. DO NOT LET THEIR CHEAP PRICES BAIT YOU IN. THE PHOTOS ONLINE LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE ACTUAL APARTMENTS. THE SCENERY LOOKS ATROCIOUS, THEY DO NOT KEEP IT CLEAN, THERE IS MOSS ALL OVER THE PLACE, AND THERE LAWNS ARE NOT MAINTAINED. I ASKED 1 PERSON ABOUT HOW MUCH THEY LIKED IT HERE AND DEBBIE TOLD ME I WASN'T ALLOWED TO TALK TO THE RESIDENTS. BOTTOM LINE IS DON'T RENT FROM THIS PLACE THEY TRY TO MAKE IT LOOK GOOD ON THE INTERNET BUT IT IS AN ABSOLUTELY FALSE AND DELIBERATE MISREPRESENTATION OF THE QUALITY OF THIS COMPLEX. BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SOMEWHERE TO WHERE THEY ACTUALLY APPRECIATE YOU AND TREAT YOU LIKE A HUMAN BEING!!!!
