Jasper

This apartment is my first rental outside of college and I have been amazed by my experiences living here. From the location of my unit to the beautiful amenities and the friendly staff. I have found great pleasure in my stay and find great sadness in my eventual departure once I leave for medical school. Brenda and Manny have been super receptive and supportive to all of our unit concerns and work super hard to continue to enhance the tennant experience. Aquetta, Yoselin, Daniela, Shakiri have all been very friendly concierges as I always look forward to our conversations even after a long day of work. Love this apartment and I look forward to the rest of my time here!

This apartment made me love SF so much. The view alone is worth it. We’re way up on the 30th floor, and I can see the Oakland Bay Bridge and Salesforce Tower, like straight out the window. Six giant windows across two bedroom walls — wall-to-wall views that are surreal. Every day during sunset, the golden sunlight pours through the floor-to-ceiling windows and gently lands on my Ragdoll cat. Her fur glows softly, almost like she’s radiating light. It’s such a peaceful, heartwarming moment that makes the apartment feel even more special. My friends visit a lot and love my apartment view! The community is also great, I had a strict selection standard and Jasper has it all — 24/7 gym, pool, spa, grill, party rooms, meeting rooms and printer, in-unit laundry, *** food delivery and amazon delivery to the apt door***, private theater room you can book (those couches are too comfy). Common areas are spacious and always available. Best apartment I've lived, and already renewed my lease for longer.

Jasper leasing experience is the best, and the officer members are super supportive for any complicated requests and information. They answer emails, pick up the phone, always. That made the apartment feel like your actual home. If you've ever leased apartment in SF you know it's a long and hard process. I applied to 5 and some never got timely reply, some didn't even refund to me (if I don't spend enough time calling them, waiting on line transfer that never reaches the right person...). Jasper Leasing Office was super quick for the whole application process, with clear communications. I have lived here for more then a year, the leasing office can be easily reached every day, working on my request within one day (or most time within the same day). Huge thanks to Brenda and Jesse, who have been very professional and patient working me through policies for lease renewal, roommate changes, or even more complicated case, etc. When you choose you home, you want good people dealing with you daily support. And Jasper is amazing.

Jasper offers the best 3B2B I can ever find in SF, spacious, premium, sea view, cost-effective. Most 3B2B are either too crowded, or in townhouse with two floors (which is super expensive like ~$10k). Jasper offers a rare combination of premium amenities, stunning views, and excellent service, with 3B options available at very cost-effective price. Located on higher floors, my unit provides surreal views of the Bay Bridge and the city. The floor-to-ceiling windows (two walls in the bedroom alone) ensure natural light throughout the day and make the space feel open and modern. The building features a 24-hour gym, swimming pool, spa, two meeting rooms, two rentable party spaces (reasonably priced), and outdoor grills — all of which are clean, high-quality, and rarely overcrowded. The private theater room is an added bonus for hosting movie nights. The leasing team is truly outstanding — responsive to emails, quick to answer calls, and always available for in-person support. Their professionalism significantly enhances the overall living experience. For anyone seeking a high-end yet cost-effective living option in SF, Jasper apartment is a fantastic choice.

I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience living at Jasper for the past 2 years. The desk staff is extremely responsive to your needs and the building is maintained with great cleanliness.

The staff are all really kind and responsive to resident needs. The units are expensive, but the amenities are hard to beat.

Had a great experience living here for the first month. the leasing team is extremely helpful and they facilitated our move in. Apartment and amenities are good and we love the location. As well as a great concierge team as well who handle the packages and visitors really well. They would even call the elevator for you without asking you anything if you are carrying something heavy etc..

I'm really happy and satisfied with the building. Building staff is professional and takes cleanliness really seriously. I can see the effort that's been put into upkeeping the general space.

Jasper is a stellar facility made better by an extraordinary team. Everyone (reception, leasing, management, maintenance, valet, and more) all go above and beyond to make everything flow seamlessly :)

Jasper is a fantastic community that I am thrilled to be a part of. The move-in process was swift and the apartment truly is giving us a chance to kick-off an exciting new chapter of our life!

The Jasper is a business and you're the unwilling customer. All they care about is money and sucking it out of you. It may seem appealing for amenities and the view but you're living in a box and the allure of the amenities fades quickly. If you have any issues with the place then management will be unresponsive to you and disappear but when they want anything from you then they're forceful and unaccommodating. They'll push your rent up every year, they don't care if your neighbors are awful and play loud music at 3-4am, they don't care about you as a resident. During my stay there was criminal activity in the building that required a heavy police and security presence where they left all residents in the dark. All they care about is money and you're not human to them.

It's far from cheap, but you pay for quality. Jasper certainly has quality, in both its staff and its amenities.

I was first contacted by Daniel (one of the leasing agents) who noted my interest in the building online. He quickly arranged a tour and did an incredible job. Not only was he professional, knew all the answers to my questions but he was extremely personable which made me feel welcomed. The lease process was super easy and the overall move was seamless. I enjoyed every aspect of my move to this building. The amenities are incredible and the staff (from concierge to maintenance) are incredibly friendly and give you peace of mind. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Jasper has exceeded my expectations. The building is so beautiful, the staff are always positive and go above and beyond to meet our needs. Wonderful location and neighborhood.

they don't respond to emails or calls and it is impossible to get in touch with anyone. they are inconsiderate and actually disappear on you once you submit the application and pay them. one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an apartment building in the US.

Jasper truly provides an incredible living experience. Between my beautiful apartment/view, the fantastic Jasper/Riseio app, the staff, neighbors, etc. I'm beyond pleased. 10/10, highly recommend. Starting from my first virtual walk through with Kat, to clarifying details over the phone with Parker and Ed, to move-in day, to my daily interactions with each of the team members here--I am consistently impressed. The concierge staff are top notch. I sincerely appreciate their kindness and attentiveness. Heydi, Daniella, Andy, Ronnie, Antonio--you guys seriously rock! Big thank you to Thomas for your excellent work keeping our packages safe and in order. Deeply appreciate your patience and attention to detail. On top of it all, the maintenance staff are beyond helpful. Phil, Dylan, and Ben consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect inside my place. Appreciate you three for being hardworking, respectful, reliable, and kind gentleman. I am incredibly thankful for you guys. Thank you, Jasper Team! It's a pleasure to live here and know you all.

Dont be fooled by the looks of this apartment. Amenities are closed anyways. All staffs are super slow and not helpful. Valet guys are always touching my setups, concierges dont know what they are doing, leasing team is never responding and rude. Im already having issues and I just moved in not even a month ago. I cant imagine how nasty it will be when I try to move out. Ugh people please stay away from this apartment.

Location, Location. Location and view, view and view! Easy access from highway and panoramic view with clean location inside and outside. Reasonably priced for current environment.

Moving experience has never been this simple and easy. Loving the apartment, location and the management.

The services have gone way down in the last year.

Endless series of things going wrong ... heat out for a week, elevators broken, loud dogs, smoking in building, and mask less residents crowded in elevators during a pandemic!?! There are so many other great buildings in the area, avoid this one!

The Community Manager Michelle was very professional and offered me a tour of the community and for my apartment. As soon as I walked in I was delighted by the high end European Appliances! Fell in love with the gorgeous view of the from my patio! The beautiful view of the bay from my bedroom window where the sun shines through!!

I am very dissatisfied with my experience at Jasper. The amenities are great in terms of offering however it seems like nothing here is working properly. Wether it is the heating system not working, elevators not functioning, or the neighbors repeatedly waking me up despite my numerous complains to the leasing office, I would not recommend living there.

No heating at this building. No communication and no resolution

Jasper has a good mix of amenities, good management/staff, and a nice location to access the freeway.
