Property Ratings at Jamison at Brier Creek
We began our lease only a few months ago and have experienced nothing but frustration and an extremely unprofessenial and discourteous office staff. We have experienced frustration with such items as maintenance requests--we moved into our unit with chunky mildew in our washer. On top of that, the middle piece in the washer was actually broken with a sharp edge that snagged our first load of laundry. For two weeks there was no communication or update on this maintenance request. For two weeks we had our dog locked up in the bathroom hoping someone would come fix this. Two weeks of doing laundry elsewhere. Next on the list of unprofessionalism--we requested a second large storage unit. It was infested with mold and mildew so we were not able to utilize it. I informed staff immediately and was ghosted for 20 days. They had no problem charging us for a unit that we weren't using though. The only communication that happens between the office and tenants is when the tenant reaches out. After 20 days, we were told they were coting the unit and that should be done in a couple days. Two weeks later, we heard nothing. At that point we just decided we didn't want it. It's also worth noting that we signed a legal binding contract for a set price for our unit, then were over-charged for it. When we inquired about it, the office said 'it was made in a rush and we're human, it happens". Again, we said we want the medium unit instead. Now we've been ghosted again. This experience has been nothing but a disappointment.

The Jamison at Brier Creek is not a safe place for dogs. Some residents in the neighborhood will smoke and leave blunts near the playground and at the benches inside the dog park, which has led to my dog getting marijuana poisoning 3 times. The Jamison has emailed me saying they're sorry this has happened, but have not made any announcement or changes to address this.

The staff is amazing. Very attentive and responsive. Maintenance staff is quick to respond in even non emergency situations. They leave the place cleaner than they found it. Front office staff works hard to be as accommodating as possible and looks out for the residents. Amenities are high quality and well maintained.

This is the best apartment we have lived in. Everyone from the leasing office to the maintenance staff is so kind,friendly, and attentive. Whenever there is an issue they are quick to solve it. The apartment amenities are excellent great for entertaining and the actual apartment it self is top notch! We live in the apartment that has the extended living room (no balcony) and has been one of the recently remodeled apartments, we love it! Love the space and also the neighborhood itself is very quiet also a plus that it is only about 10 minutes from the airport but you never hear the airplanes take off or land. All in all Jamison Apartments at Brier Creek are the best apartments in brier creek. I recommend it 10/10.

THE STAFF. ALL staff members, make Jamison at Brier Creek feel as much like home as possible. I'm from Ohio, and moving to The Jamison was a huge decision for me. I wanted security, comfort and affordability. Though the prices of rentals in the Raleigh area are a lot higher than Ohio, The Jamison is comparable. With that being said, I find the amenities, location, the staff, neighbors, postal service, WIFI and of course the floor plan of the apartment just perfect. I feel safe, secure and comfortable. And my view of the frog pond is to die for. Kudos to Bell Partners for providing a home away from home for me.

I have lived here for almost a year, no concerns from day one. Friendly staff, well maintained grounds, very nice pool and gym, good construction can't hear neighbors, great walking around Jamison. Great overall location to everything in Brier Creek!

Wonderful community. Clean and quiet, the upgrades in the units are very nice, stainless steel appliances and very nice flooring (easy to clean). The community is quiet and they have a small park for children. The grounds are kept very clean and maintenance is very responsive and the staff if very responsive, professional, and pleasant. I am very happy I decided to move here.
Excellent community, best amenities. Fantastic staff, good. Spacious floor plans, quick and good maintenance, beautiful place and good location and above all, wonderful hot chocolate in the lounge.

Having lived here for about 6 months, it is still a pleasure to walk around the complex as the landscaping is very diverse. The complex is just the right size to allow for contact with others yet still maintaining privacy. Care & maintenance of the complex shows in that nothing shows its age. The workout rooms, the pool & spa, the grills are all cared for very well. Staying here has been a lovely pleasure.

I remain so happy that my son referred me to Jamison at Brier Creek! The staff (Jennifer) was helpful and instrumental in my initial decision and satisfaction from the start. the apartment is superb and perfect for me. It feels like a condo.
I really like the apartment and staff. Ms. Angie in the front office has been great to me and helpful since I came to look at the apartment. Other than the refrigerator situation and noise from upstairs.. I like it here.

Over all good
Ive lived here for 2.5 years and it has been nothing but an excellent experience! The office staff are pleasant and responsive. The community is beautiful, quiet for the most part, and well-kept.

Enjoyed my time living here.
I have lived at the Jamison for over 2 years and it has been a wonderful experience. The management team is very engaged, friendly, and responsive to the needs of the residents. The facilities are gorgeous and well-kept. The community offers extra-curricular activities such as Zumba, wine and cheese mixers, pet week celebrations, sidewalk chalk parties, etc. that make it a really fun place to live. If you are looking for a great place to live in a central location, I recommend the Jamison based on my personal experience. It has been consistently positive.

After living here for almost a year Jamison continues to be a great place to call home. The grounds are very well tended, the clubhouse has recently been redone, and the facilities are well above average in my opinion. The neighbors around us are courteous, friendly, and responsible people which increases the satisfaction of living here. The management team has been phenomenal from the day we signed our lease. Any question or issue is professionally and promptly addressed in a relaxed and friendly manner which makes working with them a pleasure. Jennifer (the office manager) and Jeff (the maintenance manager) are both awesome people who are easy to approach and always happy to take the time to talk with residents. We have really enjoyed living here for the last 11 months!

I have very much enjoyed my time here so far! The ammianites are great the apartment is up to date overall and the staff have been very friend and respond quickly to any request I have. I am have pleased with my choise to live here. My only complaint is the walls are a bit thin for my liking. But I don't lose sleep over it and every one is quite during night time hours.

I've been at the Jamison since 2012 and I really do enjoy living here. The management team is very accommodating. Look forward to the revealing of the newly renovated club house. it was gorgeous before so I can only imagine what the update will produce.
The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful. The grounds and facilities are kept clean and in working order. My move-in was a breeze and my apartment was spotless.
We moved into Jamison Apartments a month ago and truly love living here. Jamison has an outstanding community with an extremely well maintained property and tremendous staff. Feels like home already!
