Jamestown Village Apartments is one of the best apartment communities I’ve lived in! They were very accommodating and helpful while I was apartment shopping from out of state. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the community is kept clean as staff are out every morning collecting litter from the sidewalks, roadways, and grass. I hope to call this community my home for a long time.
I recently moved into Jamestown Apts. and found the experience easy. The complex is well kept, quiet and well sighted to be near the highway as well as New Castle. The Apartment was clean and ready for my move-in on the agreed date. The complex staff is friendly and were willing to help at every step of the application process as well as give information about the surrounding area. The maintenance staff has been friendly and very responsive to any requests. I would recommend Jamestown Village Apartments to anyone moving into the area and looking for a nice place to live.
This is the such a wonderful area. Right at the edge of town. Easy access to interstate 70 or in the other direction all the shops and restaurants. The lawn is beautiful. Very well kept. The pool is a welcome site in this 90 degree weather. The pool is open late so when you get off work that is excellent. And always in excellent condition. The apartment rooms are large it is more like a home rather than an apartment. It you have any needs the staff is friendly and are quick to answer and get the job done. There are large walk in closets in both the bedrooms. More storage than you would want. I even got to bring my dogs. There are special areas all over for your pets. This is such an excellent place. It felt like home from the first time I walked in the door.
My favorite part about these apartments is how extremely pet friendly the community is. There are trash receptacles and bags for waste placed in many accessible locations. Also, majority of the other residents are very friendly. If you would like to know them better, they would most likely be willing.
I've been living in Jamestown for a little over a year now, and the new ownership and management are amazing!!! I love this place! They are really turning this place around, updating the apartments, adding new amenities, and the office staff are generally amazing and sweet! I priced other apartments in town and it's actually cheaper to live at Jamestown because the apartments are larger and you don't have to pay water. The utilities are very cheap because it is very well insulated. I also never hear my neighbors, which is awesome. The grounds are large with a lot of grassed areas which are absolutely gorgeous, it's like living in a forest :). The people who live here are amazing as well, resident life is wonderful. I've had very few maintenance issues while living here, but when I did the staff addressed my problems immediately and with a smile. I would highly recommend living here as it is centrally located, quiet and beautiful. I am never moving! :)
