Poor Apartment
1. They won't accept your reasonable repair requests. Wait for surprise when you get something broken. 2. The apartment was dirty and in bad condition when you receive it. 3. They will definitely charge you unbelievable a lot of money when you move out.

Don’t bother
They took forever to get back to me, and when they did, they told me that you have to make 3x rent in NET income. Everybody else bases it off GROSS income. Stupidest thing ever. Don’t bother.

I love where I live. I am close to four of my six children and nine of my grandchildren.The other two are in the Military with the remainder of my five grand children. I am close to very good shopping,yet in a rural setting. I do not miss the city (Chicago) and all of its troubles at all. I am retired
